“Amazing little ice cream shop with Central Dairy ice cream. We were the last customers of the night visiting there on a friend’s recommendation to try the bacon sundae. I ended up wanting Moose Tracks in a waffle cone, and they sprinkled some bacon in a cup to dip my cone in. Best treat ever! It was so good and the bacon was warm and caramelized.”

“6 Oz ribeye sandwich is top tier I like it well done and they make it that way and tender.. excellence on a plate and good service. It baffles me silver dollar in eldon has a similar rating.”

“My BFF has lived in Peyton forever and this is her go to place. I told her she has been holding out on me..this place is killer!!! Some decent beers...sure there is Bud and Coors for those who want meh beer....but they are also Vodoo Ranger and Mango Mosaic. If you want some locals in ropers and wranglers this is your place but there are some city slickers too for good measure.”

“Was driving by enroute to another place to eat and saw “The Hut” sign and decided instead to stop here and eat!! WOW!! What a great choice!! Beer was ICE! cold and the tenderloin sandwich was amazing! Real tenderloin!!! Planning on making repeat stops and looking forward to The Testical Festival June 1!! “Very, very good food. The Pig Candy (candied bacon) is life changing and I'm pretty sure it will haunt my dreams until I go back. The steak was on point. The burger was very good and very generous amount of fries. I took a sip of the Bloody Mary (bonus candied bacon!) and it was delicious and not spicy, which I dig. The pickle in the Bloody Mary tied the flavor together very nicely. Friendly and welcoming folks there, too, and you get to see your dinner grazing behind the building. :D The hours are limited, but trust me - it's worth it. We went a bit ham today because we were celebrating something, but you could easily get out of there for $75 for 2 people for a nice dinner out. Not to be missed.”

“Phenomenal venue for a wedding! The place is reasonably priced and can comfortably accommodate ~200 guests. If there are a lot of families and children on your guest list, the playground will be a major hit. There is ample parking and the kitchen is top-tier whether preparing your own food or bringing in a catering company. Our experiences with the Lions Club volunteers were always pleasant and we didn't encounter any other issues. Again, I'd highly recommend this venue for a wedding!”

“Great local watering hole and grill, with generous pours...Rare to find an establishment where smoking's still permitted (!!??). Friendly service and cool retro atmosphere :) and very reasonable prices. What's not to love?!”
