One star is too many in my opinion for this location. No one had an apron on, one guy wasn’t wearing a hat, another had his on backwards, one guy had basketball shorts on, a girl there just had a plain black shirt not even a Jimmy John’s shirt at all. The guy who took my order with his gloves on hopped back online without changing his gloves, And I had to tell the guy on bread to change his gloves after scratching his face with his gloves on… this place gives me major ick. Never going back.

The open sign was on and I was the only person in drive through and never got served while I watched 4 employees stand in a circle and talk. Once in a while one would look over to see if I was still there. Won’t be back.

They gave me cheese twice. 2 servings of cheese instead of meat. I just wanted turkey on my sandwich but instead I got a cheese sandwich. Man.

Wow has this place changed, I recommend coming in weekdays so they're not as busy. They seem to have more friendly employees and we're pretty fast with my order. The #9 is a must try.

Always closing early due to poor staffing and pay. Basically isn't even open unless you're a local. After submitting and order via the app, driving there, and being unable to get my food numerous times I'm not coming back.
I would give zero if I could. I have NEVER been treated so poorly, with such disrespect and down right unprofessionalism. All because I called to check the status of an order. I couldn’t even thank them for their help (after they were already rude) because I was HUNG UP ON!

I am completely shocked at the terrible customer service I just received in this drive thru. Josh (the name on the receipt) was so rude to me I was in disbelief. When he shoved my food at me and said “don’t come back” don’t worry, I won’t. ✌?

Let me start by saying Jimmy John's is one of my favorite sandwich places. But, we bought two sandwiches and both were not what we expected from Jimmy John's at this location. Visited 12/02/2021 2pm workers did not pay attention to detail while making the sandwiches. We had a Hunter and there was very very little lettuce just all meat but expected the sandwich to be made correctly which it wasn't. The other sandwich Vito, on one side of the sandwich had no vinegar oil seasoning while the other half was saturated. Need to talk to the workers and tell them to make every sandwich as though it is theirs.
