Let me start by saying Jimmy John's is one of my favorite sandwich places. But, we bought two sandwiches and both were not what we expected from Jimmy John's at this location. Visited 12/02/2021 2pm workers did not pay attention to detail while making the sandwiches. We had a Hunter and there was very very little lettuce just all meat but expected the sandwich to be made correctly which it wasn't. We’ve had one of the employees call us for a 4 sandwich pickup order and try to pressure us out of canceling it cause they’re “too busy” to accommodate it. Service is also 50/50. Half the time the employees are rude, the other half they’re okay. Also, what’s up with the mobile ordering? Can’t even place a pick up order? This has been a consistent issue for a while now. Wow has this place changed, I recommend coming in weekdays so they're not as busy. They seem to have more friendly employees and we're pretty fast with my order. The #9 is a must try.
