We’ve had one of the employees call us for a 4 sandwich pickup order and try to pressure us out of canceling it cause they’re “too busy” to accommodate it. Service is also 50/50. Half the time the employees are rude, the other half they’re okay. Also, what’s up with the mobile ordering? Can’t even place a pick up order? This has been a consistent issue for a while now. It does seem like they have a new, more friendly staff now. We’ll see how the business fairs...

Not only is their food delicious, I always get to see my favorite delivery girl… She is always so pleasant and so polite. Today’s order took a little bit longer than expected but I was pleasantly surprised when she brought some extra cookies as a courtesy for me waiting. I highly recommend them
