I was disappointed in my last take out order. I was craving the spinach artichoke dip work weeks bc yours in my favorite, but i live far away. I wss excited to be in town to grav some, but this time it was all spinach and nothing else. I barely ate any, giant waste of my $15 and the craving let down was rough :(
Can’t hang out in Eureka without visiting O’Dell’s. My boyfriend loves the 90 Schilling beer, and I love how many fun shots there are to choose from. The vibes are great here!

Food was okay. They were busy and it’s a small restaurant so it took a while to get a seat. Service was good… but one employee in particular ruined it for us. A taller male with a red car needs to learn how to speak to customers without coming off extremely rude. Honestly will never be back because of him.

The only good thing about it is it's draft selection, otherwise I would not recommend getting food. Food was very overpriced for the quality... I ordered the fish and chips, fish was just your standard frozen bagged from the store and slightly mushy. My son got a burger from the kids meal which was just a mini shriveled burger that was well overcooked. My wife got the turkey club, which to her description wan not actually a club (usually has a decent amount of lettuce, tomato, etc., but instead was just low quality turkey deli slices on the driest of Texas toast with minimal extras. Fries and chips for sides were mehhh, nothing great.
Bangers and mash are excellent. Fish and chips are good. Seating can be a bit tight. Service is good, but not great. It’s a small place so usually one or two servers working. They work very very hard, but it’s hard to get their attention because they’re so busy.

We stopped into Odell’s Irish Pub for a few hours between a wedding and the reception. The food was good, the menu looked great, and the bartenders were very friendly. The atmosphere was cozy, and we had planned to come back another time for dinner.
Unfortunately, that won’t happen. While our group of ten was sitting at the bar and high-tops around 5 p.m. on a Friday — during happy hour — the owner came out and told us to “keep it down.” We weren’t being rowdy or disruptive, just laughing and talking like any group would at happy hour. I politely said we’d settle up and just leave, and she replied that we were “too loud” and could stay only if we quieted down. I paid the bill and we left.
It’s disappointing because the staff and food were great, but the owner’s attitude completely ruined what could have been a great first impression. Everyone in our group agreed we won’t be back. A shame, because this place really has potential, but unfortunately, it suffers from poor ownership. Just beware of how guests are treated.

Overall experience good, no real issues. Should have ask more questions about the food, then just reading the description.

The Shepherds Pie was very good and the Blueberry Cobbler was excellent. My server, Grace, was spot on as well.

This place has a nice vibe. The fried pickles were pretty good, about a 1/3 of them were clumped together and not quite done. The shamrock sauce was horseradishy and creamy. I had high hopes for the rueben but the corned beef was not especially moist. The sauerkraut was piled high, not so much the meat. We ordered the patty melt medium rare and it came out medium well internally but had a thick charcoal char that made it difficult to enjoy. Unfortunately we did not have time to have it made again as we were on a schedule and they were relatively busy. The waitress was super friendly.

This is a great neighborhood pub. The atmosphere is always lively and welcoming. The food is fantastic and I have never been disappointed. Also, amid rising prices this spot continues to deliver top quality meals at fair prices. Slaintè!
