“My husband and I ordered carry out one night and they accidentally gave us the wrong item. When I called up to tell them and I told them I lived 20 minutes away and would be coming to pick up my correct item the apologized multiple times and told me they would have my correct item waiting at the front. I couldn’t believe when they gave us a pound of burnt ends, coleslaw, potato salad and a bottle of sauce for free and sent the mistake item back with us as well!! I couldn’t believe how much he cared for his customers and acknowledging my time for coming back and more than making up for their mistake. Blew us away with the top notch customer service!! You rarely see people that value their customers anymore and they sure know how to make you feel like a valued customer!! Thank you guys again!”

And don’t even get me started on the icing… it was to die for! 😍 What made it even more special was the personal touch—she decorated it with Mackenzie’s signature ducks, which made it just as fun and meaningful as it was tasty.
