I'm sorry but I just had to make a review about the African American manager at McDonalds in excelsior springs, when he is there the food is so so so and I mean like 1970s so so good everything is just the cheese is melted it's hot, the burgers are greasy and not dry like hellllllllo McDonalds corporate PROMOTE this man, he's had a heart attack and still manages this store better than any McDonalds I've ate at, way to go man I will always eat here when your working!

This place is not what you expect from fast food lately it's ridiculously slow and the wrong food. Go there after work, two cars in front of me waited almost 30 minutes and drive through just to find out I got the wrong food.

App wasn't working & it was 5 minutes per car on the drive thru for a total time time of 25 minutes. Multiple cars left before ordering, and it looked like there wasn't enough staff. Good thing it was 3pm on a Saturday.

All fast food isn't fast. People go through a drive thru because of the convenience of not having to park their car, get out of their car, walk in to make an order, get their food, sit down and eat.10 minutes in a drive thru isn't convenient.

The food quality was poor even for a McDonald's. (Cheese slices barely on the burger, 5 nuggets instead of 6, honey mustard instead of honey, no napkins) Poor!
This place is unreal... It's been awhile since I've seen so much chaos in one place. I even saw a couple people getting their own cups from behind the counter. Needless to say, we were there for a minute... or 30 minutes would be more accurate.

Not a single car has moved other than the ones that drove away. 2/18/2024.Seondary UpdateI drove away after 24 minutes. I sat in the outer drive through line while 3 inside cars in a row were helped. I tried talking to the speaker twice and got zero response...I watched no less than 12 cars drive away while I was there that could have been customers due to inept management and a poorly ran business...The management of this place is insanely poor. This might be the worst ran mcDonalds in the State of Missouri.I will NEVER be back to this location.

Went to bed after eat here. Woke up puking all over my bathroom. The only food I had was from this place. I wouldn't wish this upon my enemies. Do not eat here. I knew the burger looked wrong before I tried it and I should've trusted myself.
