Definitely very slow service, and a lady came in from drive thru waiting for a pick up order that wasn't coming either. The service was nice, and she held the door for us. The play area looked dirty. I would guess the manager here needs some quality training.
Let me put it this way, no matter under what circumstances, even when there is literally no excuse, they are always, and I mean always going to be slow no mater what. If you go here be prepared to wait 15 minutes per item on your order, assuming it's the middle of the day and you're the only one in both lobby and drive thru.

The drink area needed some attention. I watch an employee’s go over there twice to get on her phone. But she never once took a rag to clean it. The girl that took our order is not friendly at all. Whole hum was her attitude. Also I ask her if they had sweet tea and she said they were out but I could drink the one without. How difficult is it to make and Walmart is right across the street if you need sugar. Lazy is all it was.
