It’s been about 5yrs since I’ve eaten at this restaurant at a different location, and I’m really surprised how little it’s changed, which is good and bad. I ordered the All American breakfast with sausage, grits, eggs (+)cheese, (-)waffle, (+)hashbrowns, which is the same thing I’ve ordered 20+ over the past 25yrs. Food was like any WH - a little lacking in spice/flavor. The place was packed and when our large group of 7 came in, the staff was not initially accommodating. It was a clean restaurant though.
It’s a typical Waffle House. Dirty utensils, glass of soap water, dish water splashing on your food as you eat. You know the typical shtick. Servers more worried about ordering/eating their McDonald’s than stay attentive.
