Culver's RUINED the peach ice cream!! I want ICE CREAM (or "frozen custard" as you call it) and I don't want it stuffed with granola!! If I wanted granola, I'd buy a breakfast parfait. Simple is best. Peach is seasonal, and it ain't Thanksgiving, DON'T STUFF IT!!
While I will not write a negative review, because I do highly recommend the food at Culver’s, it should be noted that customer service and service is greatly slipping. The last several times I’ve been through the drive through have been pretty bad as far as how long I’ve had to wait.
Today was egregious. It took 25 minutes just to get to the speaker to put in my order. I would have left but I was boxed in by traffic. After I made the order, I sat for another 25 minutes...read full review

Culver's offers a great dining experience with amazing service and friendly people. The staff are attentive and seem genuinely eager to assist customers. Food is always fresh and hot, made to order, and outstanding. Burgers are always great, fries and onion rings are always hot and fresh. The parking is ample, with free and handicap spaces available. Customers can order through the Culver's app and pick up their food curbside, with orders prepared and delivered quickly. The food quality and taste are excellent, and the frozen custard is a popular menu item. The cod fish sandwich is a standout. The restaurant is very kid-friendly and wheelchair accessible. The management is particularly noteworthy, with a knowledgeable and patient leader who provides exceptional customer service. Recent reviews highlight swift service even when busy, with food arriving in minutes, and positive experiences with the cheese curds and butter burgers. One customer appreciated getting a full pint of ice cream after a sandwich mistake, and the kids menu is a good value that also includes a free frozen yogurt.
