Worst experience of my life and I go in here 3-4 times a week. Kyle is by far the worst manager there. Unprofessional and awful. They left me in the drive thru for 20 minutes. They brought out everyone’s food behind me. They finally came up to my window free serving 5 other cars behind me and let me know they lost my order and asked what I ordered the manager never apologized or offered to take care of my meal since me and my son were waiting for over 20 minutes instead he screamed...read full review
Culver's Fenton was my favorite Burger joint and I gave many good reviews on F/B. Tonight has really been a disappointment. The person taking the roder atb the drive thru was rude.The special salad I ordered and paid over $8:00 for was missing,the Burgers and onion rings were way over seasoned.Onion rings were so salty I couldn't eat them.Burgers were very cold when they brought them to my car.Called and manager offered coupons but my dinner was ruined.I hope this isn't the new...read full review
I had the most kind and friendly service at this location with an employee named Joseph. He is such a hardworker and always wears a smile on his face. Because of him, ill definitely be back! The food was phenomenal as well
