“The guy that gave me my donuts in drive-thru was great but my order was all messed up. I asked for custard filled chocolate glazed donuts, and got cream filled. I got a lemon filled one which I didn’t even order. I think only half of my order was correct out of one of the dozen I bought. And I bought 2 dozen so I was pretty disappointed. And taking them back was out of the option since I live over 30 miles away“

“We absolutely love this donut shop!!! We have been several times in the last month because we just can’t get enough. Coming from someone who used to work at a donut shop and is super picky about my donuts, I rarely eat donuts because nothing has ever compared, but these donuts are always fresh and remind me of the donuts I used to make. “The food here was really good. I enjoyed a bacon, egg, and cheese sourdough breakfast sandwich, at 3 in the afternoon, along with an iced coffee to wash it down. Had to get me a chocolate iced cake donut for dessert. It hit the spot. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars on the service was when I entered and went straight to the counter to place my order there was no one there. I hollered to the back around 5 times before anyone came up to take my order inside. Oh well.

“Most if not all of the workers there are friendly, and smile when interacting with customers. I went one day, needing to use a coupon that would soon expire and found they closed early with no signs up. I let customer service know, the manager contacted me and explained the situation. She took my name down for a free drink since the coupon was for a discounted coffee. When we got there, the worker recognized us from coming there almost daily and offered an extra coffee in addition to the free one to make up for the inconvenience from that day.“

The gentleman behind the counter was super helpful and completely paid attention to detail (making sure stickers were on each of my boxes, so when I fell the donuts would stay in the box-3 dozen and a large coffee)! Also I agree there needs to be music playing in the mornings to get things moving and wake people up! Thank you for all of your help and the great service! We will be back!“

“This Dunkin has gotten better for the most part over the last year. I'm glad they got their parking lot redone and maybe got a few more employees that are trying to do a good job. At least they are loads better than Starbucks down the street in Arnold. Dunkin recently came out with a $6 breakfast deal with a drink, bagel sandwich, and hash browns. It's a great deal and I hope they keep it around because it really makes them shine over their competitors.“
