Placed pickup order and went through the drive-thru to pickup. The worker told me to hold on after I told him I have an order, so I waited. After a couple minutes, asked for my rewards. I started to answer and he said, “I’m not talking to you!” I was confused and waited. Eventually pulled forward and waited a while at the window. They didn’t know how to answer their phone. So I guess I won’t be making the drive to see if they got limited edition doughnuts in stock or not.
