Always the absolute longest ridiculous wait in the drive through then usually don't have what I want. And trying to order holiday editions are even worse! I ordered a week prior, and paid and they still didn't have them, and had to refund leaving me in a tough spot for a shower! Surprised this company is still business!

First thing you notice when you walk in is how cold it is. Felt like you walked into a fridge. Second thing you notice right away is how disgusting the floors are. They were out of everything except regular glazed donuts. I got a vanilla caramel latte. Took a drink when I got in the car and she gave me straight black coffee. I will not return to this location. They need to new management here!!

It is probably my fault that I don't rate this 5 stars. It was mid-afternoon, and they did not have a very good selection of doughnuts. They had doughnuts on a rack in the back that I could see, but the display case was very bare. I like a wide variety of Krispy Kreme doughnuts ?. It must have been bad timing for me. There was a line of 4 more people after me. I'm not sure what doughnuts they were able to buy.

placed a mobile order for a special dozen they had advertised and when we went to pick it up we were told they were out of 2/4 flavors, when we requested for a few different other flavors we were told they didn’t have those either… they were out of 3/4 of the menu by 1 in the afternoon and the lady who was dealing with us was rude as well. when we got home we got 1 flavor that we had ordered… the donuts we received were hard and barely iced. very disappointing and aggravating experience.

Don't bother ordering anything online from them. Ordered a large coffee while at work hoping to get me through the rest of the day, and what do I get but a SMALL coffee. The deliver driver even said they asked if that was a large coffee and they were told yes. Obviously either liars work here or just plain ignorant/lazy people. I'm so mad I don't even want this dinky thing
Placed a Doordash, workers canceled the order.Called them THREE times and got hung up on TWICE. third time, no answer.Just wanted information on what donuts they had available since they canceled the order for "not having certain products". Would be nice to be able to communicate with someone but they declined two of my calls by hanging up after 2 rings and let the third one ring until it automatically hung up.I see all the recent reviews and can understand why this location is a joke.No wonder the official website doesn't even have it listed as a location. Four, One Star Reviews in 5 days should be an indicator that there's a huge problem here.

Came back this morning and no glazed donuts at 7:30 in the morning no strawberry donuts there was a problem with every type of donut I asked for, worker had a very bad attitude never apologized. I will not return!

Tried to order the Valentines Dough Notes dozen, employee said they only had enough donuts to make one and it already sold. So I tried to order a mixed dozen of other donuts, and she kept telling me, “we don’t have any of those either.” Why even be open?

Went at 6:45 this morning. I noticed while in the drive thru waiting for my coffee that my donuts that the worker handed to me were not hot. I told him they were not hot & he said they only serve hot ones at night. Bogus. Asked for a refund. You would think for $15 for a dozen they would be hot 45 minutes after they open..

Terrible experience again. I arrived on time to pick up online order. The guy told me that they don't have my order from online and need to wait for 25 minutes. I came back about 30 minutes and they have not my order ready. I wait about 5 minutes and I got my order. The donuts look as not as used to be. This is my second time bad experience at this location. I won't come back to this location at all.
