I drive thru daily and get my venti sweet black iced tea with 8.5 pumps of simple syrup ... shaken well ... the staff knows me well and Alex is my girl .. she is so sweet and ALWAYS makes my Tea perfect ! Every time !!! It’s so refreshing getting the service I deserve as a loyal customer , all the staff should be commended on the job they do ... love this Starbucks !!! Starbucks Coffee Company opens at 5am, which is perfect timing for customers in the area. The place looks bright and clean, and the staff has always been functional and pleasant. The employees are always upbeat and friendly, and the food is always on point. The atmosphere when customers decide to sit and sip is great. However, service can be SSSLLLOOOWWWW, taking 20-30 minutes minimum even if you order ahead, and parts of orders have been forgotten or misplaced several times. Priority seems to be for the Drive-Thru. Food and drinks are standard compared to all other Starbucks. Some customers get the same frap every time, and it is always wonderful. The staff was wonderful about using a reusable cup, explaining to bring a clean washable cup, mention it when ordering, and hand it to them at the window. The people that worked there were super attentive and friendly, and the check out was seemless. The location had some really good selections of retail items, including beautifully designed coffee mugs and specialty coffee. Customers can also grab delicious chocolate chip cookies to go.
