Finally getting a morning to myself ~ I was running errands, grabbing last minute stocking stuffers, and still needing to put in a few hours work online... Friendly staff but totally overwhelmed. There were boxes unopened everywhere. Looked cluttered, not what I am used to from any Starbucks location. Definitely lack available staff. They did the best they could to serve drive-through and walk in patrons. Several people walked back out after seeing the caos. "Loss of revenue " I waited 20+ min to get my drink. Everytime I come in the staff is always so welcoming, and friendly. They are great at remembering your name, or your go to drinks. I can't remember who recommended it, but my favorite drink is Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew with Vanilla sweet cream foam.
