I'm editing a previous review since things have changed. The last time I got food/coffee here was pretty rough. Every food item was soggy (cheese danishes) or hard (chicken sandwich). The drinks were watered down a lot, my sister found a whole coffee bean in her iced chai tea, and it was just bad overall. The worst part was that Starbucks wasn't busy AT ALL!! I understand messing up during a rush, but I was literally the only person in line at the drive thru + the store was empty. I go here a lot for my coworkers and my family, so I often order ahead online because I have big orders. Maybe that's it? Idk I'm just disappointed

There was a time when Starbucks was unique, a treat, but its lost its charm. 10 to 15 minute wait - if you're lucky - for a microwaved sandwich and pricey coffee - and they want a tip for it. No more starjerks for me!

This business has taken a steep dive recently. It used to be a wonderful place with many regulars. The regulars I know won’t go back and they make the folks who go there before work late for work. The attitude there is generally very sour. It’s just a shame. It’s too bad that there isn’t any real competition yet.

I am a huge advocate of leaving positive reviews as a lot of people love to leave negative reviews and complain. That being saId, unfortunately this particular location misses the mark 90% of the time. I am temporarily staying in Fenton until my house in the city is ready. I have always gone to the Hampton and 40 Starbucks which is hands down the best Starbucks I ever been to. 99% of the time I go through the drive thru at the Fenton location. It is always backed up and very slow. I will say that every employee working the window has been super kind and accomodating. The other day I had extra time, so I thought I would go inside and work on my laptop. When I say the inside of the store was FILTHY, I mean absolutely disgusting. I can understand if they are super packed and havent had time to clean, but it was me and another customer. There were three people behind the counter including the manager. I stood at the register for at least 2 minutes before they came to greet me. The manager and another employee saw me when I walked in. When finally approached at the register the employee seemed annoyed. I kindly ordered my drink and pastry. My name was not called. The drink and pastry were put on to the counter and the employee walked away. I went to find a seat only to be welcomed by a very sticky table and a seat covered in food. The manager was sitting in the guest area playing on her phone.I know, first hand, how important first mpressions are, as I own my own company. I know I sound like a crabby Karen, but I am not. Nothing changes if nothing changes. You have some very kind and and hard workers, but, as I am sure you already know, there is no, "I" in team. I will continue to use the drive thru a couple times a week, because it is the most convienent. However, when asked about that location, I always suggesst avoiding it.Respectfully,A loyal Starbucks member

Sunday afternoon - not super busy.I had to repeat my order a couple of times just to make sure there was no dairy in my two drinks (lactose intolerant).The tall blonde lady was so rude and rolled her eyes at me when I asked her about if it was made with almond milk because I didn't see almond milk listed on the sticker. She basically gave me an attitude response - NO. I used my manners and yet she still gave me an attitude. Instead of handing me my drink she gave it to me in the most rude way possible with me almost dropping it.I wasn't sure if it was because of my race or not because she seemed much friendly to the other vehicles in front and back. So I will not be coming back to this location because that's ashamed that our society has become this way.We can make mistakes and forget to add / change things, but no need for this.

Unfortunately had a bad experience her on 23DEC2023. Attempted to pick up a mobile order (which was incorrect to the point I had to pour the drink out in fear it was mop water). My request for a new drink was met with "sorry the cafe is closed and you'll have to get in the drive through to have it addressed. We have 4 people called out and the trash bags are overflowing so we closed the cafe". I get being busy, but customer service should be at your forefront.

Finally getting a morning to myself ~ I was running errands, grabbing last minute stocking stuffers, and still needing to put in a few hours work online... I found myself at 141 & 44.Monda greeted with a smile and took my order: Vanilla latte & Gruyère egg bites.Heather called (didn't shout - didn't scream) my name and served up latte perfection.If you are looking for Starbucks consistency, but enjoy service you'd typically only get at a hometown coffee shop ... then this location is for you !!Parking: While parking is free, this location is so convenient to both 141 & 44 that coffee lovers should be patient or opt for drive-thru.

I gotA venti caramel ribbon crunch frappucino and it was just ICE no taste whatsoever , i had to throw it away , thats how bad it was. Not returning to this location.
