Just picked up food at Meramec Station Hardees. It was ice cold. Who knows how long the Frisco burger, chicken tenders and curly fries had been sitting. 2nd time this happened.
Tried to call to let them know but phone never picked up. Donald at window was nice when he took my order. Only good thing.
I will be going south on 141 to go to another Hardees from now on.
Some lady in the drive thru that got irate and yelled at me because she rang up the wrong thing. The total is NOT $5.62 for 2/$4. (For two of the new tender wraps Hardees side not Red Buritto) As I politely said. The tax rate is like 9 percent at most. She told me I get two combos for $4 instead 😂😂😂. Uh. Ok? Then started yelling “this lady mad cuz it’s 8 dollars”.

Based on the reviews, Hardee’s is a great place with a cozy atmosphere. The food comes fast and hot, and orders are never wrong. The 2 for 5 sausage and egg biscuits are some of the best, with fresh, fluffy, and soft biscuits. The chicken tenders are also fresh and the best by far. The staff is accommodating, especially with small children, and even returned a left credit card. The red headed boys are always kind, efficient, and in a good mood. The crew is hustling and moving, even during busy events like Heat up StL. This Hardee’s is wonderful for a date nite evening ride and dine.
