I had a beautiful burger at FBC today. My only complaint is I ordered medium and it came well done. Also, the bar waitress just wasn’t a good listener. I asked for water no ice, it came with ice. I also asked for a pre meal cup of chili I had to remind her to put in. I’ll be back though.

Ferguson Brewery is a nice establishment. However the food is always a hit or miss. I haven't eaten there in a long time, so I decided to go again this past week and to find out it was STILL not the best, reminds me of why I stayed away so long. The food was really cold when taken away for take out and I didn't even think to finish what i had started. What a disappointment.

This place is always awesome. The atmosphere is amazing; it's an old building, hardwood throughout, a super cool bar and the brewing equipment visible. The service is always on par and always friendly. But, dude, the food steals the show every time. The reuben egg rolls, with thousand island dipping sauce are always a highlight. I've had several different dishes here, and have never been disappointed. The hole Ferguson downtown area is being revitalized, and I'm pretty sure Ferguson Brewery was there are the onset. Do yourself a favor and try this place out.
