Food was horrible, was cold when we got our delivery. Pizza was made wrong. Called the store was on hold for 21 minutes they answered and hung up, called back again on hold 15 minutes no answer again. Very disappointed in the food and service. Couldn't even eat dinner that we paid almost 50 dollars for.

I was in somewhat of a hurry. Only 1 person ordered ahead of me. Many came in after me to pick up orders...and waited. They were busy. I like Papa Johns, but the flavor wasn't what I'm used to.

My order was $33.00 I had it delivered to my house! The driver forgot my two 2-Liter sodas! So I called up there to get them! The girl answered the phone and had me on hold for 20 minutes and I still didn't get to talk to anyone on the phone! This don't make any sense customer service there is horrible! Plus, I still didn't get my sodas!

Love this place. I order late night and it's amazingly sweet all the time. Love this pizza and the crew is nice..they were training crew last time, usually in and out, so I understood the little wait that time. Hopefully they worked out for them !

I entered at 10pm to place a carryout order, 2 hours before close so I didn't wait til the last possible minute like some people do. But I was turned away at the counter and told to order online instead, which means I essentially drove out there for no reason. But I'm not an idiot, I know what that means. It means my online order won't process and I'll just get a ghost charge instead. Tbh it was dishonest and unacceptable. 30 minutes before close, sure I can understand that. But 2 hours prior is just sad man. On a Monday night no less. Pay your staff more so they don't feel that burnt out and let them have a 3rd person for closing. Two obviously isn't enough to handle the store.

I placed an 104$ order and they said they cancelled my order because they had a lot of orders get stolen lately and didn't inform us so it's 9 and I'm having to call about my family's food y'all need to get your stuff together papa johns

Horrible location,I paid in full for my order online and the worker took it upon his self to cancel my order saying because he thought it was a prank order.The order was paid for in full so how does that say it’s a prank order .Will not support this stupidity.Prank orders don’t leave a tip and damn sure don’t pay in full ahead of delivery.

Sat, Dec 7, 2024 at 5:39 PM I decided to order me & my kids some pizza for dinner & this is what we received today. I just had acl surgery 3 days ago so I don’t have a ride to the store or anything I called store #287 multiple times to speak with a manager about my order but she placed me on a hold never got her name or anything I was on hold for almost hour after being on hold for 50 minutes and 20 seconds then she picked up and hung up the phone. This is very unprofessional behavior and a sad situation for me and my kids because now I’m out of money and we are still hungry very unsatisfied customer I will never eat here again
They sealed an empty box and delivered me an empty, sealed box without a pizza. It’s been 30 minutes since I called and they said they would send me my pizza and nothing.
Update: Over an hour since my pizza was “on its way”- no pizza. The delivery address is less than 15 minutes from the store. Save yourself the time and just ask for a refund, not a fixed order.

My order is often wrong, and when I call to inform them it is wrong, they argue with me. Once, I ordered a cheeseless pizza, and it came burnt. When I called and told them they said that cheeseless pizza just comes that way. The manager is very, very rude. Today, I placed an online order, and I wanted to call just to make sure they order was correct (because they messed it up so many times) and I was on hold for 23 minutes, and then they hung up on me!!! If I could give them negative stars, I would. Order from little Caesars instead.
