very unprofessional I walked in guy was on his cell phone never was greeted when I finally asked what specials they had he handed me a card and told me to place a order on line , mind you im the only customer in there so I just walked out very unprofessional

I pick up Doordash orders from here all the time and every single time, the poor employees have like 50 orders. Yet every time, they're focused, not throwing or slamming things around, kind and professional, and fast. Even with the giant list of orders I usually don't wait too long. I've never personally ordered here so I can't speak on the food, but all the employees I've dealt with have been phenomenal hard workers and just nice people.

After showing up for my pizza on time I had to wait amd extra 20 minutes for my food. My wings were cold as bones and had no buffalo sauce on them and to top it all off they put bad banana peppers in with my pizzas. You guys had plenty of time to make jokes but you can't serve me hot food?

The manager which was a male hanging up on my family and I this is unacceptable so I can order at Dominoes and by pass the rudeness he’s horrible telling I can’t order wen ur web site is terrible

What kind of papadia did they try to scam me with, it isn't anything like its supposed to be they legit just gave me a slice of large pizza with the topping on it wasnt anything close to a papadia at all very disappointed

I placed an order online and wanted to change the pizza sauce base to Alfredo. After about 10 minutes, a customer service rep finally answered the phone—only to tell me to hold again. So all in all, I waited nearly 25 minutes just to get ignored. That was the last straw. They don’t have to worry about my money anymore.
When the order arrived, it was a complete disappointment. The pizza looked awful—the dough was dry, the presentation was terrible, and it tasted just as bad. I’ve never been so dissatisfied with a pizza order.
Their customer service is horrible, and their food and presentation are just as bad. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration—do not order from this location. Honestly, I’m just about done with Papa John’s altogether. Try Pizza Hut or Imo’s, because Papa John’s definitely isn’t it.

I paid for two extra marinara sauces. I came in and place an order applying coming back to pick it up and getting home I did not receive the two cups a pizza sauce that I had paid for. This really is just a simple job. I do understand that people do make mistakes ,that's cool ...but when you're high on your horse and you can't even do the same thing or complete the same thing that you require that right there is a shame.
