Ordered Papa John’s this past Saturday, worst experience ever. Place the order online and chose the option to pick up curbside at the store. The app let you know when it’s time to pick up and ask that you press a notification that will let the store know that you are there and they would bring your order out to your car. Well I did there’s no one ever came out. There was nowhere to park due to the lot being full and I had kids in the car, so I waited and waited no one came out and then I called the store which takes you to some automated reply that says this number is not taking calls at the moment. So I had to get out after waiting go inside of the store and I called the number as I stood there in the phone never even rings inside of the store. So I go in of course the pieces are not stored in a warmer so by this time they’re cold and disgusting looking and one was not made right. So I asked that it be made the way that I ordered it and waited I’ll pay for it. So it was remade I drove all the way home and of course by this time the other piece it looked disgusting so I took it back so that they can make it fresh. Only to get pushback and a horrible attitude from some little boy who claimed that he was the manager. He kept trying to say he wasn’t going to remake it because he remade the other one which by the way it was their fault that it was wrong and went on to imply that I was trying to get a free pizza even wait though I brought the nasty looking thing back they took it and threw it away and this will be a replacement so how am I trying to get anything free. He ended up on purpose not putting mine in no one else was in the store no other customers and I remain patient but then after one and a half hours I’m like no so I went up and ask where is my pizza and then some other little girl comes up and says she was another manager there is not even put in, and you can already imagine where this goes from here. Call customer service three different times and this is Monday they were supposed to call back and as of now they haven’t so I’m going to get off of here and call them and give them a snippet distress piss me off so bad. Pizzas are ALWAYS TOO SMALL! Why are my pizzas so baggy in the box?? Ordered MEDIUMS. Box clearly say 12inch... Pizzas BARELY measured 10 inch. ? ? ?ordered 2 other times. 3rd time is NOT a charm. Won't order from here again.

Do not expect to get what you order. Don't ever order wings. They're always undercooked and/or soggy. If you order sides like garlic butter, better check for it because the people who work here can't read or count.

I was placed on hold for two hours by a manager named Aunyae and I wanted a refund for my pizza being delivered about an hour late and cold. She told me I had to bring it in which I replied I can't which is why it was delivered. She refused to give me a refund, hung up the phone on me twice and never apologized for those or for leaving me on hold for 40 minutes the first time and over an hour the second. Her professionalism and customer service was disgusting and she attempted to blame doordash for the order being messed up when I'd placed the order through the literal website and not doordash at all. I want my refund for the first pizza and to speak to the actual manager of the location and not her(I don't think she understands how to be an assistant General manager).

If I could give this place a zero I would. I ordered online and they delivered to the wrong house and when I came to inquire about my order they didn’t show any concern. The customer service is the worst I have ever experienced in my life. This will be my last time ordering at this location. If you want my opinion, hire some new people FAST!!!!!!

I've had so many issues with this place that I'm done. Tried to send a complaint to the help desk and they never bothered to respond, so I'm done with papa John's altogether. Then I tried to chance it again today and I'm sitting here looking silly because they canceled my order and never bothered to call. Tired of the terrible service. Won't be getting anymore money from me.

Ordered pizza for my team and someone said they liked Papa John’s so I placed and order for pick up at 11 due to all of the nasty reviews with delivery. I tried to call to see if I could pick up a little earlier and no one answered so I left it alone. I showed up and I was told they never got my order. I asked if I could place the order now then and since it’s so loud the girl didn’t hear or understand me so she just stared at me like I’m crazy. Didn’t even apologize or do anything, just stood there despite me telling her I want my pizzas and wanted to replace the order. Had to basically yell my order at her because she didn’t want to take off her headphones, the worst part is the order price was $10 more than online before the discount code that I entered. So I paid an extra $20+ of what I was supposed to and she just told me it was cause of the online deal. I’m glad that I didn’t pay online cause then I’d be out even more money. She said I should’ve gotten an email saying the order was cancelled (which I did not and it still says the order is confirmed). Why have an online deal if NO ONE CAN ACTUALLY USE IT?!I also see lots of reviews complain about the management lack of action to address any of the issues that occurred here and I’m surprised this place is still open.

Ordered 1 pizza and some breadstick things ... said it was delivered over 30 mins ago... called the store a bunch of times no one ever answers... had to drive to the store to get my order and the phone is off the hook and they are making up excuses as to why this is the case... still had to pay delivery fees to end up picking up my own pizza over and hour after it said it was delivered... horrible experience
