Something different every time I come to this location. Today I arrive and they tell me that they couldn’t break 100$ bill at 730 am. So I had to go down the street to a quick trip where a man was shot last month, just to get change.then when I got back to Starbucks they gave me melted drinks. With NO crunch in the ribbon Carmel crunch, I purchased 2… 15$ on coffee without all the ingredients…You would think they would have made them fresh after sending me down the street. Once I have Taylor the $20 bill, she puts it in a safe.. which means they DID have change for $100. Taylor was extremely nice and professional but she can only work with what Starbucks give her to work with. She did compensate me with a $15 gift card.However, I will not be back here, we’ll go to the McDonald’s across the street.

Things just aren’t the same here when I used to work here lines where so long that it made you reconsider wanting to shop but now the floors are dirty where the people work and the employees seem very interested in even building a rapport with the customers no one smiles and everytime I come I have to wait at least 5 mins to order and no one will even be in line . Things just aren’t the same since Cordell was manager

Beat Starbucks I've been to. It's become my regular stop on my way to work. Christopher is an excellent manager and you can tell he pours into his employees because they're never in a bad mood and never in a rush. He makes my morning great!

The coffee was great. Our barista seemed overwhelmed and exhausted. Evidently the location had a super busy (crazy?!) morning from the looks of things... Tables needed a good wipe down, floor needed sweeping, napkins and straw papers strewn randomly about the place. The staff just can't keep up.

Playing too much behind the counter. Possibly could get more orders out faster if they were a little more focused. Atmosphere is okay but the yelling back n forth about things that have nothing to do with work was a bit much. I know they’re just having a little fun to make time pass but it was too loud.

This is the first time I have ever had an awesome experience in the drive thru at a Starbucks. The barista, Chris, was super chill and gave great recommendations when they were out of the drink I wanted. They need more employees like him.
