This morning I come in to purchase a traveler. The gentleman makes and gives me the coffee and nothing else. I asked, where are the cups and creamer. He asked how many like he had no idea this jug serves 12-15 cups. I asked for 12. He proceeds to say, yeah it serves between 12-15 cups. However, some drinks like the caramel ribbon frappe tasted horrible with no sweetness. One order of ice coffee was messed up and the wrong size, and a rude employee was encountered on the phone. The building sometimes closes with no warning, becoming drive through only, which is inconvenient for customers without a car. One visit took 20 minutes to get to the window with only one car in front. The art inside is cool, but the inconsistent service and drink quality are frustrating.
