I absolutely love this place! Every time I come in, the barista, Payton is outstanding!! She is always so sweet and gives exceptional customer service! The drinks and breakfast are on another level! Will be back again real soon

My friends and I visited Pine Mountain for the first time today, and it was amazing. The bagels, açaí, drinks, atmosphere, just everything. The woman who took our order and made our orders, Andrea, was so kind. She was there by herself and still got everything together in a timely manner AND had a positive attitude. I was highly satisfied and will be back!

I had an extremely uncomfortable experience with one of the employees, Megan. During my interaction with her, she made inappropriate and disrespectful comments about my religion, my school, and even my grade school. This behavior was unprofessional, unnecessary, and completely unacceptable in any workplace.
Regardless of personal opinions, no employee should mock or belittle someone’s beliefs or education. Megan’s conduct showed a lack of basic respect and maturity, and it made the interaction unpleasant and insulting. I hope this is addressed, because no customer should be spoken to this way.

I walked in and started asking a friend about the seasonal drinks, and made a comment on the Love Bug Lotus and the red haired lady working started complaining about how there were too many steps in making the drink, then proceeded to say with customers in the store, “I am not getting paid enough to mix drinks”, but that is what being a barista is all about.

Absolutely love this establishment have been going with my husband for two years now. The owner is so funny and sweet and the food never disappoints. The drinks are to die for and just overall an amazing place to stop and enjoy yourself at!!

Over this fall I was in often and always received great service and great drinks. I loved trying all the new lotus drinks. I came in today expecting to at least be greeted by the lady with the red hair at the counter in the 15 to 20 minutes I stood in the lobby. The man ahead of me ordered 3 sandwiches and a drink and instead of also taking my order or at least saying hi I’ll be with you shortly I was completely ignored. She then proceeded to slowly make all of his sandwiches for the whole duration of me standing there. I ended up having to go to the store and grab an energy drink instead of supporting a small business that i was growing to love locally. Very upset and I doubt my fiancé and I will be regulars anymore.

Wow, this is truly Festus's hidden dining gem . The quality of the food is stellar ! And they really ship in their bagels from NYC. Never tasted such great bagels.
