I stopped at the location during a promotion day. I was informed that if I purchased two medium sized drinks, I'd receive a Christmas ornament so I upgraded my 2nd drink to a medium and still did not receive an ornament. I've attempted to contact the location but keep getting the corporate office, where no one ever seems to be in the office.

The Lindbergh location is the absolute best! I love all the staff they are always nice and friendly. They are singing with the music and laughing but always very attentive. They may seem understaffed to some people but the hustle makes up for it to me. I never wait very long and my order is always correct. And they treat my dogs good also when they are with me. By far my favorite location which is saying a lot because I have a lot of issues in Florissant with service at other restaurants!!! I love everything about this location!

I love 7 Brew and the brewistas in Florissant are always friendly and so hard-working. That being said, this location is always understaffed. The employees are often hopping between the 2 lines which is difficult for the employees and frustrating to the customers. I don’t mind waiting because my drink is always great but if you’re in a hurry, you may want to reconsider.

I absolutely love 7brew and this location on Lindbergh. Everyone is so nice. JC was the first person I met and made a lasting impression. My girl ReRe got me right today. We had a conversation about the secret menu and she just made my morning. Zoey is pretty amazing too. I just really enjoy coming to this location and being treated with care and compassion not matter how long the line is or how difficult my order is. Give everyone a raise lol.
I love 7 brew and the baristas at this location are always sweet and trying their best but to me they seem understaffed and could use more employees helping with the drive thru taking order and making drinks to meet the demand this coffee shop brings! We shouldn’t have to wait up to 20 minutes in line for a drink!
