Service was horrible. My Medium Rare steak was hard and well done. My mashed potatoes were dry. Waited 20 minutes for someone to say hello to us after being sat. Server did not know the menu.

This was the worse experience I have ever had at an apple bee's. The server was not attentive at all she didn't check on my table, we waited more than 20 mins for a cup of water, our mashed potatoes were cold and my steak was unseasoned. I will never visit this location again. And my companion never received his beer. Our servers facial expressions were rude and unwarranted when we expressed our dislike for the food.

If you can avoid this restaurant, please do! We came in and was told it was a 15 minute wait. Just to be told it will be another 15 minute wait again. The host finally sat us down. Asked us if we was ready to order. No notepad. Which was a red flag. We ordered 2 modelos , a trio appetizer. Grilled cheeseburger and bacon ranch chicken sandwich. After another 20 minutes we finally were told they didnt have bottle modelo, just tap. Fine . Another 15 minutes we have modelos and appetizer. Which wasn't right but we couldnt tell them they got the appetizer wrong because the waitress disappear, we had 3 different girls. So we dont even know who our actual waitress was. After we finished our app and realized everyone who came in after us was getting their entrée we asked about ours. It was never put in the system. Which we shouldve known bc the 1st girl didnt have a notepad to even take out orders. They offered to make it but I was pissed off. Do better! We are from out of state and I know exactly where, I will not be returning.

That location was one of the worse meal I've ever had. The steak had to be horse meat, new fried pickles had to be boiled, and my daughter loves green beans, but she didn't like what was with the meal. Will be calling corporate.

My husband and I went into this restaurant about 10:18pm and upon entering and waiting to be seated one of the waitresses told the other one that they were closed in which online it clearly says they don’t close til 11pm but anyway the other waitress said it’s only 10:20 then the other waitress proceeds to talk about how she is ready to go my husband says well I hope we don’t get seated in her area but we did this young lady was the worse waitress ever it was like as soon as we sat down she was rushing us out she pretty much brought out the food and the drinks at the same time I was asking her for steak sauce bout 5 times before I saw the other waitress and asked her no sooner when she brought my steak sauce back the waitress who was assigned to us came over and asked do we need some Togo plates I hadn’t even started on my food good yet but we just got the Togo plates and left but in the meantime they r cutting off lights and stuff inside the store like they don’t even still have customers in the store is this the way a business is supposed to be ran I understand when it’s time to go it’s time to go however as a customer who spent just bout 65 dollars in your place of business deserves better service

I was sat down immediately when I walked in.
Which I felt was great.
I did see they weren’t busy so that was another on the go for me to sit and have lunch.
Until after I sat for 50 minutes,while the workers sat around and did not assist me at all.
Which is very rude and unprofessional.

If i could give this place 0 stars I would we were here jus this past weekend everyone was rude and passive aggressive the manager lied to our face about “putting in our food” we never got a server !!! the manager had to serve us about three times we didn’t get no refills nor napkins and also keep in mind all of the customer there that day had a complaint . the food runner with the little dread ponytail is weird he was very rude to us and other customers the carpet was literally sticky how is a carpet sticky??? the whole restaurant hadn’t been swept or wiped down our table was dirty APPLEBESS pls send corporate in before they run it in he ground i don’t even care about my bad grammar or punctuation please dont go here actually let’s call the health department

after some thought the only tolerable semi person was the manger with the green pants she was passive aggressive but you can also tell she was over worked and that’s should say a lot
