We stopped specifically to get root beer floats, when asked to order three, the cashier kind of rolled his eyes and he said hold on he walked to the back and walked right back out and he's like Oh the ice cream spoiled we can't make one. For one why you advertising root beer floats if your ice cream spoiled, or if you really don't want to scoop the ice cream why you working there?

5 stars for service alone, poor worker at the window had to man cooking and working the window. they were out of ice, burgers, napkins, everything. incredibly nice guy, but why arent they supplying the store with stock and why are they making the employees run a half empty restaurant?? shame on corporate.

Terrible customer service, I get to the window and the worker says out loud to himself (should he take the next persons order or not). Also had to wait 20min sitting in drive through just for a burger and fries

Never been here and will not be back!! How can fast food take over 45 min in a drive thru?!!!!! Just close down at this point! I should have read the reviews before I stopped!!!!

A&W but they don't have root beer, it's out. Can't even get a packet of ketchup or any sauce, they are all out of you dine in. The dive thru people had to come back in to get what they requested. The staff had to be asked by the manager to wait on us each time we needed something.

Ordered an A1 Papa Burger combo large which is supposed to have 2 beef patties, mine only had one. The bun was like chewing on a pillow so couldn't eat that. Vegetables looked and tasted like they were pulled out of the kitchen sink drain. Couldn't eat those either. Fries were supposed to be a large but was a medium amount. The burger patty seemed ok. I ended up just throwing it all away. I had an issue with this location before but came back hoping for a different experience, sadly that wasn't the case. Definitely will not be returning to this location. They sure are screwing with the Brand's image.

Service was so slow. Not enough help. Took forever and the ice in the drinks were even melted.
I will never come back here me and my daughter went around 830pm on 08/23/2025 we waited in the drive thru line for about 30 mins got to the ordering speaker....nothen no one said anything figured the microphone wasn't working fine so we pulled up to the window we could hear people inside but no one ever came up to the window I believe this happened to everyone in the drive thru that night SMH. WILL NEVER COME BACK. Wish I could give negative stars!

No ice cream! Then they served my daughter with a bunch of crumbs. She was supposed to have 3 piece chicken strip meal and they brought a plate to our table with very few fries and I could only see one piece of chicken and then just a bunch of crumbs 🤔...I thought it was a joke or something. She took it back and complained they brought it back out and the chicken was so tough! I think they microwaved it! And my fish sandwich had a strange taste to our and was not fresh
