I went to Baskin-Robbins on Lindbergh and Patterson today in honor of the 80th anniversary. They advertised you can get a scoops of ice cream for $.80 per scoop. According to the coupon each customer can get up to six scoops of ice cream for $.80 each. I asked for three scoops of ice cream and pulled up my coupon, the young lady stated their coupon scanner is broken and I can only get one scoop of ice cream for $.80. I read her what the coupon said and she said her manager said customers can only get one scoop for that price. I asked to speak with the manager and the young lady stated the manager was not there. It’s funny that the device that scans the coupons was not working today when it’s working all other days and I bet it will be working tomorrow. I don’t understand why they decided not to honor what the coupon says.

Been to the florissant location twice this month and got 2 quarts hand packed ..well they never packed it,they just add scoops because once I get to the middle it's a big gap in the middle to the bottom..it cost too much for them not to do it right .

Did a mobile order and wasn’t even started by time I showed up. Then they started it and just sits my ice cream near register as they keep trying to make rest of my order. So now my ice cream is melting as I wait. I get being short handed but they need a better system. This is taking forever, ugh. 11/13/25

Ice cream is good but many members of the staff are inpatient, borderline rude/unprofessional, and not very friendly. I've been twice before writing a review to make sure it wasn't just that I went on a bad day for them. Will probably choose another location next time if I ever go again. Wanted to give 1 or 2 stars originally but I do like the icecream in general.

Fantastic first time at Baskin-Robbins! The servers were absolutely great! My son messed up his order and the servers fixed it and gave us the mistake for free! Anytime we are in the area we will stop for ice cream here!
