Food is okay but for $12 I should get fries with my burger or a bigger burger. I got the double bacon deluxe for $12 and I'm still hungry. Again good food but small size. Not sure why you call yourself Big boy burgers if you can't feed a Big Boy's appetite.

I went by last week during their open hours and they were closed so I was happy to finally get them. They're in a strip mall next to Schnucks so there's plenty of parking. The customer service was great and they were really nice. Now the food, I really enjoyed the chicken sandwich. It was crispy and the presentation was appealing. We got veggie burgers that were really good too. I thought it would come with lettuce and tomato as most basic burgers do so I was disappointed when I got the burger and didn't see that vegetation. It was seasoned and possibly salty for most, especially when paired with the seasoned fries and cheese sauce. The bags the fries came in were less than half full.. the funnel fries were a little skimpy too.. I would try this place again for the chicken sandwich and redo of the burger with LTOP in the future. I'll give it another shot to see and then get back with you. But do try, recommended.

Is the establishment open and operational ?Was excited to try today and during normal hours and not closed per Google maps, the whole place was closed and locked up. Hours of actual operation seems very inconsistent as ive tried visting a few times now.Unclear how customers are supposed to know when it may or may not be open.

BEST BURGER I have EVER HAD!!!! The staff is so friendly and engaging, like going to your uncle’s house. Jeff has something really special here, using his grandmas recipes. Wish I could give more than 5 stars. Always support local businesses, this is a gem!!!
