My experience was really both unprofessional and disappointing. We went to bliss on Sunday Nov 3 at 12pm weren’t aware you had to have reservations but was willing to wait so with our party of 8 decided to wait at the bar they informed us we could only order drinks until our table was ready we were also fine with. We waited until 2pm still no table and tables were empty the entire time. When we inquired about this they told us they hold reservations all day until the groups arrive and then they told us they were completely booked we could eat at the bar. Then the bartender said it would be another 30mins before we could order. When we ask for the manager he came over and was completely rude to us because we told him that this was not acceptable customer service and he said he didn’t want to speak to us anymore. So we paid for our drinks and left and went to another restaurant sad first experience there was so bad.

Most expensive jerk wings and drinks (2). $360 for a Friday night dinner because my window was busted out on their parking lot. Management was nowhere to be found. Bliss's security was very helpful with getting the glass out of my car, covering my door and working with the police to get video footage. He then stated that Bliss would cover the cost of replacing my window. Only to have them ignore my calls and texts. Had to drive all weekend with a broke window. Monday I was able to get my window replaced costing $310.

The woman greeting you at the door is professional and very polite. My server never placed one item on my table that I asked for. The door greeter had to bring me everything from water to drinks. I waited for over two and a half hours to not eat, or be served a drink. I paid over $110.00 for a bill and tipped the door lady because she is the only person that served me. I will NEVER return to this establishment. My server was asked for simple things like water that she never provided. The food was not good and not cooked properly. Kingston 10 on Lindbergh has better food, larger portions, better service, and an all around better experience. Bliss was simply deplorable.

Our waitress had a nasty attitude and if they hadn't added a gratity she would had gotten my hard earned money she made us wait on everything and the food was not all that

The service was very slow, I waited 40 mins for my food to come out. I sat at the bar and people kept coming to the bar to order drinks, there was no system in place nor space for them to order. Therefore people kept walking up on either side of me all over my food and personal space to order a drink. Mind you they all had tables where they could have simply ordered from. I think if they plan to continue to let people order from wherever they should come up with a space so they are not all over other customers trying eat. Lastly, the music was TOO LOUD. I couldn’t hear the bar tender nor waitress the entire time. We literally had to point to things in order to understand each other. If these items are corrected then, I’d recommend giving it a try.

I went to Bliss for a party. I order the Oxtails and the Jamaican Rum punch. The oxtails were fatty and the rice was dry. The food was room temp at best! The drink was extremely pungent and was not consistent. I ordered the drink bc my friend had ordered it but they did not taste the same. When I told my server he only offered more juice. The esthetic was really pretty however I will more than likely never return. I like hot food. On the bright side the cabbage was extremely good.
Lovely decor for photo ops. Food was good. Waitresses were lazy, slow and sluggish. Be aware this restaurant charges an automatic 18% gratuity on food order. Security staff congregating outside using all kinds of foul language. There is room for improvement here.

Took 45 mins to get drinks it was a party of 3 and we order our food together but got it separately 15mins apart while waiting our waitress was dancing on the dance floor it took literally 20mins for a cup of ice
