Is this place open? Went there at 4pm on a Monday and the doors were locked.
The service was trash. Told them 12 times extra sauce on my pizza and they couldn't understand what I meant. Kept saying there's no sauce on the pizza. What are these kids like 12 years old? They don't know that marinara goes on pizza? So I get the pizza and it was absolute garbage. 12 lb of cheese and no flavor. Taste it like a high teenager made it. Not impressed
If you can’t get past the fact this place is located in a Bowling Alley, you will be doing yourself a disservice. This Pizza is PHENOMENAL! I ordered take out, a medium Sausage and Pepperoni. As I was walking to the truck, I thought to myself, damn, this box is heavy! When I got to the truck and opened the box, I was shocked how delicious it looked. Loaded with topping and so much cheese it had an amazing pull. I even called in to compliment the chef, Bobby. It’s a must try for sure, I’ll be back. It’s a nice change from the STL style cheese, and light toppings.
I have lived in Florissant for 4 years and this is legit the only quality pizza I’ve had. Hands down one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had and it was just cheese. The side salad was not the best but that’s okay because the pizza definitely made up for that. Highly recommend this place, thank you Brickhouse.

I called in a carry out order and when my husband got home with it, there was no sauce on the pizza. I did call and tell them this. They offered to remake the order. I said it wasn't necessary. I was making them aware and I hope nobody else got their pizza without sauce on 1/30/24. This is the first time we had a bad experience.
