Pizza is cool as far as bar food or a birthday party goes. Nothing spectacular to get out of bed and taking a drive for. Ordered a pep/bacon pizza. Pizza was loaded with bacon in bits form. Was looking forward to actual pieces of bacon. It's a pizza company inside of a bowling alley (Crest Bowl). You can make your own assumptions from that. The young lady to gave me my order was polite.
If you can’t get past the fact this place is located in a Bowling Alley, you will be doing yourself a disservice. This Pizza is PHENOMENAL! I ordered take out, a medium Sausage and Pepperoni. As I was walking to the truck, I thought to myself, damn, this box is heavy! When I got to the truck and opened the box, I was shocked how delicious it looked. Loaded with topping and so much cheese it had an amazing pull. I even called in to compliment the chef, Bobby. It’s a must try...
I have lived in Florissant for 4 years and this is legit the only quality pizza I’ve had. Hands down one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had and it was just cheese. The side salad was not the best but that’s okay because the pizza definitely made up for that. Highly recommend this place, thank you Brickhouse.
