I went up to burger king Thursday after 2pm to get a chocolate shake I order 2 med and a large they pull me up and told me they would bring it right out I sat there while 5 order went thru drive thru. I went in after waiting 20 min 2 employee were in the front and 2 were in the back I went to counter and ask for my shakes they had me shakes ther were sitting for a min I ask them to remake them or money back. The manager went to tell me u not get both I said one or the other u replace it or give me my money. No she threats to come over the counter and kick my ass. I door dash a lot I'm at this store a lot I don't appreciate these little kids thinking there grown becuase they have a higher title. This store is crap and had been for 40 yr. LEAVE FLORISSANT WE DONT WANT YOUR NASTY EMPLOYEE HERE ANYMORE.. or and I did make a complain still waiting on that phone call.

I frequently visit this Burger King and when Sam the manager is working the food is good and hot. My burger was terrible and not completely cooked.

I just came through the drive through on Friday July 11th and forgive my spelling but Mariah and the other gal went above and beyond to make my experience right!
They were pleasant, welcoming and actually cared which in this current hospitality climate is few and far Between! They need a raise or at least treated to a nice dinner on the company’s dime!

Don't bother going here
I walked in because there were 4 cars in drive-through at 8pm on a Friday . There was one person that was inside besides me that was helped. They didn't acknowledge me. I waited at least 10 minutes at the counter to place my order. One worker said, "Who's working front counter?" There still no acknowledgment to me. I still waited a few more minutes. They were only focused on the drive-through orders
One person was making drinks. One cashier drive through. Two in the back and one packing the orders. The first customer looked at me confused. I finally left. Date of incident 2/21
