Don't bother going here I walked in because there were 4 cars in drive-through at 8pm on a Friday . There was one person that was inside besides me that was helped. They didn't acknowledge me. I waited at least 10 minutes at the counter to place my order. One worker said, "Who's working front counter?" There still no acknowledgment to me. I still waited a few more minutes. They were only focused on the drive-through orders One person was making drinks. One cashier drive through. Two in the back and one packing the orders. The first customer looked at me confused. I finally left. Date of incident 2/21

Please make sure you check your bag before you drive off because if they forget to put all the items in the bag that you PAID for and you go back to get the item that you PAID for, you will be called a liar and accused of trying to manipulate to get a 1 dollar item. Whatever happened to customer service. And this came from the supposed manager. Horrible customer service

I ordered an Impossible burger with cheese, went home and pulled out the sandwich. No lettuce, no tomato, no pickles, no onion. Just $8.49 for a fake burger between a bun with a slice of cheese! What a waste of my money. Won’t be back!

I frequent here a lot and they usually have great food but today was just an overall bad experience. The people working were rude, put extra mayo on a no mayo chicken jr after having me pull up to wait for it. Didn’t give me my drink at the window, when I asked for it the girl glanced in my car as if I was lying about them not giving it to me at the window. Just not a good experience today.
Trash all the way across the board order my food they had me pull up for almost 12 minutes and then brought me out straight trash Heather redo it and they still gave me trash and look me in my face and told me do I really want to refund like they didn't see the trash ?️ this place needs to be shut down flatout

The dining room hours state they close at 10 I’m here at 8pm and they’re closed. A young lady sweeping the floor ignoring me at the door not stating if the store hours changed or what just rude smh won’t be back

Very POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Spicy Chicken Wraps I ordered came different today than yesterdays why I’m clueless because I’ve never seen them cut the meat for the spicy chicken sandwich in half till today. Burger I want my moneys worth and it’s been a tender now it’s something else ? I’m not even from here but while I am here I will not be eating there ever again.
Drive thru. Food was hot and staff was patient and courteous. I will definitely go there again!
