Bus Loop Burger offers a fantastic burger experience, and I was particularly impressed with their Mushroom Swiss Burger. The combination of perfectly melted Swiss cheese, sautéed mushrooms, onions, and peppers created a savory, mouthwatering flavor. The mushrooms were cooked to perfection, blending beautifully with the other ingredients. Every bite had the right balance of hearty beef, gooey cheese, and tender vegetables, making it one of the best Mushroom Swiss Burgers I’ve had in a long time.
The staff at Bus Loop Burger are friendly and welcoming. From the moment you walk in, you feel like they genuinely care about your experience. They take time to make sure your order is right and are quick to offer suggestions if you’re not sure what to get.
A highlight of my visit was their milkshakes. If you’re a milkshake lover, you’re in for a treat! They have a rich, creamy texture with plenty of flavor options. The milkshake pairs perfectly with their burgers, especially after a savory meal like the Mushroom Swiss Burger. I highly recommend trying one as part of your meal.
While my experience was mostly fantastic, I did dock half a star because the wait time can be a bit longer during peak hours. However, the food quality and friendly atmosphere make it well worth the wait. I should have called the order in!

Been here twice in the last month. The food was great but it's the service that really impressed me. So hard to find a place here in north county that you get greeted when you walk in the door by someone who doesn't look annoyed to serve you. Thank you! When I feel like a burger this is my go to spot fur now on.

I was employed by bus loop burgers for two days. Quit due to over worked and under paid and the way they handle food. Chicken is not washed just out the box left out in room temperature to unthaw seasoned and in the fridge it goes. Fries are cut from potatoes rinsed several times without gloved hands and entire arms goes down in the sink to fish them all out. Fries are left out on the counter partially cooked waiting for orders to be placed. If ur a felon or no high school diploma…go for it!!!

honestly i enjoyed my food & everything but i went w my partner & we got charged for fries even though she just wanted the burger & she was also missing out on toppings she had asked for (fried egg) the food was good dont get me wrong but idk about what happened.. the workers were nice

I Arrived At The Place Around 6:20 And Left At 6:30. There Was A Young Man Who Treated Me Very Respectfully And Made Me Feel Very Welcome.He Had A Black beanie on and had light brown eyes and is tall and brownskin He Did Such An Amazing job. Food Was hot and fresh and enough condiments were provided. He Took My Order And Packed My Food And Made my shake within 10 minutes and told me more about bus loop burgers as he packed my meal. I Love seeing young black man out the streets and working

I didn't like the Deluxe cheehamburger, it had too much stuff on it. My first time in there.I did not read the menu. It had egg ,hash brown Potatoes ,Bacon and cheese.. No lettuce no tomato no Onion. Plenty of french fries that was a combo you also at a soda. My bill was over $17. I just didn't know! I only wanted a nice deluxe Cheeseburger with lettuce tomatoes and onions, maybe Mayo w/fries. Did not expect to pay $17 for a cheesehamburger topped with breakfast food. I will know next time how to order!

Stopped in here for lunch one day and it wasn't that busy to begin with. The food prices will catch up to you real quick so if you ain't willing to pay $30 for a burger and fries and a drink don't come here. Frankly I don't feel that what I ordered was $30 worth of stuff the quality wasn't meriting the price and it took forever to get it out to me. I sat there and spent more than half my lunch break waiting on a burger. The service was all right the people were nice enough I guess nicer than some places and the food did taste good but still it wasn't a $30 hamburger trust me. Would I recommend this place? Not unless you got excess money you're willing to just burn on a burger and fries that are ordinary really. I would go to City Diner instead and get a better burger and a better atmosphere better service at a cheaper price frankly.
