The moment I walked in it felt like a freezer, it was too cold inside then to add the employee that took my order was not nice her name was Promise S on the receipt, she don’t greet u she walked around like she didn’t want to be at work and she has horrible customer service skills. This was not my first time of her ringing me out, I thought the first time maybe she was going through something but this time around was the same. This is not a good look for the company at all. Also there was hardly any beverages in the cooler to choose from. I won’t be back due to the employee.she wore a ponytail

I had the TURKEY BLT and it was soooo good. I typically get their burgers (which are soooo good as well) but the TBLT was a hit. The milkshakes are never a miss and they make them on the spot. Only about 7 mins for our food to be ready.

I visited the restaurant today and I was met at the door by a foul and offensive odor. I could not stand the smell and had to leave immediately. There was obvious issues with cleanliness. The floor was a mess, and the air return was grimy.
The table wasn’t clean upon arrival, and there was only one high chair available that matched. Several toppings listed on the menu weren’t available, which was disappointing. I specifically asked for a certain topping, but it didn’t appear on the receipt or the order screen. When I asked about it, the staff member said it was included—but it wasn’t on the burger when it arrived.
The burger was pretty good, but it seemed like it was missing something. Possibly the items that weren't available... 😒
Fries were ok. Order was $25 with a Caramel shake (which was good), although Caramel is mis-spelled on the menu.

Food was great, hot and tasty. I wasn't fond of the onion rings, they were hot and crispy but there was some kind of sprinkle seasoning I didn't care for. Overall great burgers
