This by far has been the worst restaurant I stepped into. They serve old food. Greens had spoiled meat in them. Everything I tried to order was frozen or they were out of it. I originally went when they had first opened with my mom and they were worth at least giving a second try and now it's definitely a NO for me. There's no coming back from the last experience.

Customer service was great

Mac was horrible and yams. She say the original cook wasn't there .. 🤦🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️

But my cornbread, greens, mashed potatoes and smothered pork chop was 🔥🔥🔥🔥

Babyyyyyyy 😮‍💨 I went in craving some real down home cookin and they did not disappoint! every part of that meal got ATE 😅 I had the catfish filets with Mac & yams.

Very welcoming staff and great vibes overall. Kimmy put her whole foot in them sides and brought me a sample of greens 🥹 I felt like I was back home with my aunties eating Sunday dinner!

This will definitely be a spot I revisit while I’m in STL!

We were inspired to try Cafe' De La'Sha from a friend and let me say, it did not disappoint! We started with the fried green tomatoes which were marvelous! Then we had the BBQ turkey ribs with sweet yams, collard greens, macaroni and cheese and corn bread. We also had the Turkey and Collard greens gumbo. Everything was amazing!!!! Im thankful we were told about this place and now we are spreading the word!!! Our waiter Derek recommended these wonderful dishes and made me a cocktail that I absolutely enjoyed!!! He definitely knows how to engage with the public! Great service overall!!Jabbar and Jenny

Me and my boyfriend ordered food from there yesterday. The food is very mediocre. The food wasn’t seasoned well. I would not order again. It’s definitely not what I expected

Grub hub ordered …So the lamb chops were cooked perfect and the baked chicken. The greens were good as well as the Mac n cheese.. I ask for green beens and yams and got double mash potatoes which I don’t eat .. and the crawfish étouffée rice was hard but the taste was good.. the chocolate cake is dry terrible… besides all of that it did the job being that my kitchen is being remodeled.

Yesterday 6/1/25 I ordered $93 worth of food. The appearance was good. The food smelled delicious. I previously read reviews and decided to try it out. The sides I received were the mac n cheese, yams and turkey greens. Omg...mac n cheese had good flavor but was dry. In one container the mac n cheese looked like it was the last remains from the pan. The yams had good intentions of being great but failed with the slightly hard potatoes and the not all the way simmered residue of the citrus after taste. The juice was even runny and very thin. The turkey greens were a little under cooked but had a good heat but lacked seasoning. The turkey was good and tender but slightly Bland as well. I also got soul rolls...the sauce was a very vinegary for me. The roll was great with everything blended but soggy. The chicken wings were supposed to be fried crispy well done. That was a negative. I hate that wet piece when pulling the wings apart. It was obvious it was not well done although the coating had a nice crunch. The crawfish effouette was fishy...the flavor was there....just fishy. The rice could have been cooked longer. Ok...the smothered porkchop was a lump of fried meat with gravy. Smh with the presentation. I didn't even try it I let be reviewed through my husband. It gave the overall appearance of rushed cooking. I was a little disappointed. I am hoping I picked a bad time as it was Sunday around 7pm and I did a pick up. I will give it another try in hopes that this was a fluke. The staff didn't want to be there and it showed through conversation and the pick up encounter. I wanted to see about the desserts but omg...smh let me not bother y'all and ask for anything else. Lol

I recently came to witness the experience and hands down I was not let down.. immaculate food service and atmosphere.. the food was indescribable.. I would highly recommend this place 5/5
