Multiple times DoorDash drivers are waiting an excessive amount of time to pickup orders from here and they cancel because of this store's failure to respect DoorDash. They also treat Caucasian drivers the worst.

I loved Derrick he is the perfect server personality plus.will ask for him again.

I went on a Sunday, during brunch hours. They had a live band, which was a nice touch. Unfortunately, I waited over 40 minutes for my meal (a catfish Po boy and fries) and when it finally arrived, it was shrimp. They told me they would quickly remake it, but another 30 minutes later, the rest of my party had completed their meals and I still hadn't received mine. The staff were friendly and apologetic, not sure what went wrong.
The rest of my party stated they enjoyed their food. One person got breakfast, and the other a soul food meal.

We ordered same dish and they looked nothing alike we added shrimp ? to the pasta and they charged 30$ extra ??‍♂️ the food was drenched in jar sauce , we left the food on the table only thing was good was the corn bread sadly they didn’t even offer to re make the cold food noting was steamy accept nothing just terrible

I ordered lamb crops but I couldn't choose my sides. I had to have mashed potatoes and broccoli. If I wanted anything different there was a charge. But I can say the lamb chops were awesome the broccoli was cooked just right and the mashed potatoes were good.

Went around 12:30 pm. Was greeted and seated right away. I loved the jazz music playing in the background as you eat. Decorations gives you a feel of New Orleans.
Catfish was fried to perfection! The spaghetti & greens were ok.
On Sundays(1pm-3pm) on there's live music. I got a small snippet because I was leaving as they were starting. It sounded beautiful.

I ate at Cafe de LaSha today,the food and service was great I will be going back ..

I love it here. Everything I've tried has been delicious. My favorite is the turkey drum. It's tender, juicy, and flavorful. The staff is mostly attentive and intuitive. Some more than others but they make up for it with the nice music they play and the atmosphere. And I love the live singers on Sundays from 1-3

My girlfriends and I came here to celebrate one of our birthdays. The atmosphere was great, we were greeted as soon as we walked in. It was all of our first time there but it won't be the last. Our server was very knowledgeable about the menu and what was still available.
We all enjoyed the evening and will be back.

I came here yesterday and purchased the chicken pasta it was okay. The collard greens need a little help with flavor. The corn muffin and garlic bread was the best thing I got in my to go order. I try to support new businesses but I doubt if I'll be back. Please don't take my word give it a try for yourself. It just isn't the place for me. The restaurant is very clean but could do better with the cheap looking decor.

Nice restaurant with beautiful decorum gives you Mardi Gras/ Louisana kind of feel. The food took about 15 minutes to be prepared, and it was okay. The candied yams had a different taste than I expected. Maybe that's their twist, I don't know. Our waitress wasn't very personable and acted scared to interact with customers. Met the cook and he was a pleasure to speak with.

I Didn't Dine In But Called In Prior To receiving My Togo Order... I Ordered Cajun Chicken Alfredo which was good, but needed a bit more seasoning and it would have been perfect. I also ordered the turkey ribs with mac and cheese,greens,yams,cornbread,cajun corn,and red beans and rice.

*The turkey Ribs was ok was a bit on the rubbery
side.
*Mac and cheese was powdery and bland
*The greens were ok
*Yams passed the smell test I mean they smelled Really good but ended up being
a catfish because it was no flavor at all
*Cornbread was bread no flavor or anything
*Cajun corn was bland tasted more burnt

me spoiled so I wasn't impressed at all!

Might have been a off night in the kitchen but wasn't impressed.. it was me and my wife 1st time trying and i spent 70$ .. I asked for recommendation as far as to what to get but the cashier didn't really know what to suggest and they where trying to close within the next 1hr and 1/2 so I get it I guess...

Overall the place itself is a very lovely place and needs a bit more flavor and seasoning and love in the kitchen!!!

Our first time here. A hidden gem. Food was delicious, had a veggie omelet oven fries and coffee. Nice size omelet took up almost whole plate. Even the coffee was great, had two cups but could have drank three it was so good. The manager, Yvette, took time to tell us the history of the cafe. We went on a Saturday, but they have a live band on Sundays! I highly recommend this hidden gem.

Great food. The service was OK. Need more training, and they all should be in uniform or dressed in similar colors. Everyone had on street clothes and some kind of head wrap.
