I have been to this particular Captain D's twice in one week and they were very consistent. The lady taking my order wears a blonde hairstyle and has a very good upbeat attitude. My food was fresh and hot both times! Good job 👍🏾 North County is known to have bad customer service and from my experiences it was total opposite.

Pulled up with 1 car in front of me, placed a very simple fish and fries special. Then was asked to pull up. Waiting in the drive thru for over 20 minutes with 3 other cars that had pulled forward. Finally got my order and the shrimp looked breaded and not batter dipped, as advertised. Will have to find somewhere else to get my fish fix!

Rude unprofessional and nasty. The girl at the front counter with red hair was very unprofessional and rude. Corporate needs to look into this location because they are driving customers away from the resturant.

I went here to get lunch went to the drive thru got a 2 pc meal I look at my plate and I’m like what is this 2 long fish sticks they were so skinny 2 PCs make one like they just cut it in half and fried it 🤷♀️ I said I don’t want this mam just give me my money back fries were looking old too. I’m highly disappointed ☹️ I won’t be back

Is this how the chicken come now at this restaurant? Because I never seen no crap like this at Captain D's. The chicken tenders look like they came from Lee's Chicken. The batter on the chicken supposed to be the same as the fish or am I tripping? I will never go back here! Ever! Disgusting whoever did this!

Went to the drive-thru. I get the giant fish sandwich. My issue is there are three cars in front of me and my order is not ready by the time it gets to the time I get to the window 20-30 minutes later. Anything need to have more than one cook.
