Supervisor was very rude to her employees in front of customers. I felt so bad for that girl. I would have walked out on that supervisor. I actually used to work for this location years ago and I walked out because the supervisor talked to me wrong. I see nothing has changed.

I just left the Captain D's on New Halls Ferry and 270. I pulled in the drive through and there was an employee getting high. Her dress attire was really dirty. She went through the back door and I call the store to tell the manager about the young lady. Another young lady answered and said she is the manager and was very dismissive and rude. Needless to say, I will not eat at a restaurant that has employees standing around getting high and dressed dirty. This is why so many businesses are going to trash. Lazy disrespectful workers and poor management. I took a picture, but I refuse to out the young lady like that, but corporate will know.

This place is awful, they take all day and there is nobody in the line. They don’t take anyone’s order unless it is 5 people waiting in line. And they only take one person every 5-10 min in a drive thru in the middle of the day.

This place is by far the worst restaurant in the world. How is this place still open for business. The food was horrible, and the service was just as bad .If you like playing Russian roulette with your stomach,then this is a must try for you. I was there for twenty minutes waiting on my food,and I witnessed nine people bring their food back. After receiving my food, l understood why. Everything was overcooked. Please don't get me started on how Filthy and nasty the inside of the place was. Can someone please tell me how I can buy this place and close it down myself.

The young lady taking the orders ignored most of us in the lobby. She took our orders when SHE was ready, pacing back and forth to the back, getting ice, and whatnot. Very disrespectful and rude!

Came to location and left my position in the drive thru line to go into the inside and it was closed so, I lost my space. Get back into drive thru and when I finally got to the window to place my orders, gave first one and when I was done tried to give the next and was told that only one order could be done in drive thru ( only had 2 ). Now, the inside was closed and now u can only do one order in drive thru and forcing customers to pay together when they are not able to. And to top it off it was over a half hour to get the food. When asked for the manager or number to call, the person at the window did not know anything. Talking about hot...

To pay $4.00 for a small container of Mac n cheese is ridiculous. There isn't a solid macaroni noodle in this cup. It's all mush!!! This location is trash. It looks derelict to say the least and the way this food tastes match. I might go get my money back after this.

I was told they were going to keep closing early because they are short staffed … so why are you there the rest of the night anyway ? If there’s no lines .. why can’t 2 people take ONE order ? Why are y’all getting paid, seems like they just want to rack up hours without doing anyway . I’d say let this staff crew go… I moved to this area and it has the worst staff of all fast foods in this area .. idk how this place is still open

Got treated poorly and unfairly food wasn’t the right portion? Customer customer service from the manager was horrible my experience was very, very disgusting didn’t apologize for the mess up on my order or even ask can I get a remake she didn’t care at all I don’t appreciate it. No good no hygiene from the the manager she was very rude over the phone. Had to drive 15 min back when I had already been there thinking I’m going to go home and eat some good food and it turn out horrible and captain D is my very but the service we got was totally disgusting
