Celano's Family Pizzeria

I just spent $50 on Pizza and Wings. I ordered 2 orders of wings and once I received the food, the pizza was cold and the 2 orders of chicken wings were either over cooked or old. This was my 1st experience with this restaurant and it was not good. My husband and I tried to pick through the wings to find a good one to eat, but we were unsuccessfully. I am very disappointed in the place. The young man that took my order and complaint was very nice. His name was Tay. The owner or manager did credit me back my order, but we are hesitant to buy anything else from them.

I wanted Tangy Mustard wings...the lady that answers the phone...with the african accent made them...she did something different with the sauce...she told me she mixed all the flavors together...and they were AWFUL...they had no trace of mustard...she offered to remake, but it was my lunch break, and I couldn't come back...

They just called...and will deliver my corrected order...SUPERB!! Now that is 5star service!! Thank you!

Whats the deal with the ranch you charge a arm and a leg for it and dont give wings damn near raw for. It sucks cause you pay so much and get shit food. When i know they make good food. Cant even put the ranch they charged you for

1.5 hr delivery for overpriced cold pizza. $40 meat lover pizza.
1 AND DONE, never again.

It was my first time trying Celano's. It was pretty good, very similar to Imo's, but the sauce is a little sweet.

I’ve been waiting 1 hour and 40 min for a medium pizza, when I call to ask how much longer I should expect to wait the gentleman says “ yeah man, it’s on its way but can’t really tell you how long it will be”.
I’m still waiting for my pie, but this most likely will be my last time ordering from this establishment.

***Looks like Cecil Whittakers allowed these guys to take over their reviews when they moved in. Anything from over 3 years ago provably should be disregarded. I've not eaten here yet to have an opinion.

Personally, I like Cecil Whittaker's better than Imo's. It's mostly the sauce that gets my attention, but overall a good pizza & their prices are very reasonable.

Bought a pizza got home called and told them. Lady told me never to call or come back again. Worse customer service and pizza wasn't fresh. Please don't go there

Placed an order for delivery. They said it would be 45 minutes and that was fine but when it takes longer and the food is cold when it arrives, then there's a problem. The pizza had to be TORN in order to eat; it tasted like the crust was made days in advance. We live not five minutes from this place so I cannot think of any excuse they would have for our order to arrive cold

Very, very, very poor establishment. It’s a pain when you’re told a shorter time for the wait and have to wait way longer than the time given. I brought it to their attention when I picked the food up, and they took offense and started saying nasty things to me. One girl said “hold on i got something for you.” and went into the kitchen to grab a knife and pointed it towards my person. I never seen anything like it. It’s ridiculous. Never in my 34 years of living have I seen anything like it. Never again. I didn’t know they train their employees to be rude to people.

Place was full of roaches all over the tables and running all over the floor, I confronted them about it but they didn’t care

Disrespectful owner, If I could give a zero, I would.
Horrible customer service from the owner himself. This establishment likes to cut corners & the owner get's upset when you complain. Ordered food and didn’t receive what I asked for.
If an item is listed on the menu, I expect to receive what I paid for. If their are substitutions, common courtesy would be to update the customer. The owner reaction to my complaint was to take the food back & tell me that a refund wasn’t an option. Police were called to assist, where a refund was issued.

Placed a delivery order around 6:30 pm and received a message saying enjoy your food but nothing was delivered called and the rude lady says well I just figured out 5 minutes ago we couldn’t deliver to you! Literally waited an hour and a half for no food for me and my kids and then she gets an attitude and hangs up while saying your refund will be back in 3-5 business days!! Wouldn’t place a manager on the phone. This is ridiculous and I should’ve been notified!!!
