THIS BEHAVIOR & SERVICE at this location is NOT how Chick Fil A condones their business and I’m very saddened that I’m making a bad review against one of my favorite food chains!

Although I live close by this location I go to the other locations and have never had a bad experience. About a week ago I placed an order through the app and got my usual drink - Sunjoy but I didn’t have an option to add the strawberry puree like I do every time so I said I’ll mention and pay for it when I arrive. When I arrived at the restaurant it was packed like any other Chick Fil A is but it was a bit unusual because a lot of people where standing at the counter about orders but I didn’t give it too much thought. I proceeded to a table and scan to check in so they could start preparing my meal and I got back in the line to inquiry about adding the puree to my drink. As I was waiting in line a young lady came to the table I scanned in at and placed my food on the table, so I got out of line and explained that I have a drink with my order as well and I was standing in line to add the puree on top. Me and the young lady walked to the counter and she grabbed my drink and proceed to the back, when she came back the puree was added and I thanked her and sat at my table and proceeded to eat.

As I was finishing up my meal a older gentleman came by the table and asked if there was anything I can assist with and I just asked for a refill on my Sunjoy and I just reminded him that strawberry puree is on top, he smiled and said he has never heard of that but he will bring it back right away. That’s when things took a bad turn because I hear a whole disruption at the front coming from employees toward customers about their orders and a TALL GUY with a black shirt on which is an employee being very confrontational. He went on to make comments about the puree and nothing is free so forth and so on. That prompted me to get up and kindly explain that it was just a refill and puree was already added previously and paying is never the issue but I’ve never had this happen. He wanted to go back and forth with me which prompted another customer to come up and beg that he pay for my order and if they can give me a refund, the TALL GUY disregarded and continued to cause a scene all for “1 pump of strawberry puree.” Low and behold EVETTE a manger cause the whole ruckus and did not try to fix the problem until I gathered my things and left! I will not be returning to this location EVER…

I called headquarters made a report and asking to speak to the owner.

Hands down my favorite location! I dined in today, which I don’t normally do (have too many kids for that) and they were SO kind! So attentive! And checked on us to make sure we were all good multiple times! Store was clean, food was great! They don’t skimp on the sauce lol 10/10 !!

I had my daughter place an online order via the app as I knew I would be cutting it close for time before breakfast ended. She placed the order before breakfast was overall 10:30. I arrived at the store at 10:33 only to be told I wouldn't be able to get my food because it's after 10:30. Im not understanding, if my order was placed prior to 10:30 it should have been accounted for. What's the purpose of the app to order in advance not when I get to the store to confirm it. I have visted this location many times prior and had many conversations with the owner. She's been very nice. However, this should have been handled better by the management at the store. Im not sure if I'm going to return to this location.

1st time I’ve gotten their food and it wasn’t amazing, sandwich was lukewarm at best, cheese was old and unmelted. Very disappointing for the price you pay. The custservice was spot on but the food itself, not very good.

Went to the Florissant MO location and order and paid for my food. I got to the window and was told I can’t have the dressing I order for my chicken strips and the new policy is that you can only get a salad dressing if you order a salad. I offered to pay for the dressing as I like this dressing for my chicken tenders. I asked for the manager and he said that’s the new policy and sweetie dressing is used for salads right? No…. Don’t call me sweetie… that is disrespectful and condescending. I got a full refund and won’t be back. Me and the manager had words back and forth. There is a better way to talk to people.

We placed an order through the mobile app. Picked it up and when we got to our destination and we're ready to eat the sandwich box had a label on it that said Keith spicy chicken deluxe + pj. I called the restaurant and they said we had 48 hrs to bring the product back with the receipt and they would make it right. Since we were working we had a family member get it fixed for us. When I opened the "correct" sandwich box it was a fried chicken sandwich not a grilled one like it says on the receipt, as the pictures even show. We will not be back to this Chick-fil-A. We didn't call back to try to correct it again because by this point we were done messing with it and would not be in the area again within 48 hrs.
