Well Chick fil a has not been the same since the sale of their name. The ingredients even changed a bit. Great vibes great service great atmosphere but the food doesn’t taste the same for the 4th time. Unfortunately Culvers has been my go to Chicken sandwich. And grab sauces from chick fil a smh

Received the wrong order. I went back in line. Felt like the staff thought that I was lying. After looking at my receipt they realized that I was telling the truth. After all of that inconvenience they threw away the wrong items. At least after spending my time and gas I you would think they would've offered me something. Yeah probably won't go back to that one. The one near the Galleria is much better. Never received the wrong items or weird stares. You would think that the Galleria staff was my race, not at all. Tables turned on me.

The florissant location started out fantastic. Now they never have the order correct some of the managers are childish. This location definitely does not represent the Chick-fil-A brand at all. This location use to be packed now I can drive right up..that speaks volumes!!!!!

It’s unfortunate that this is the closest a ChickFilA I live to because something is wrong with my order/visit literally every time I go. Something is either incorrect/missing from the order or you have to wait 45+ minutes in the drive thru. Tonight they forgot all 5 of my sauces in my order, and instead of just going inside to grab them, I had to wait in the drive thru a second time because their inside dining was closed. No apologies or anything were given for the time I wasted waiting. I will travel farther for a different ChickFilA in the future to have a better experience and not have my time wasted.

I often come here sometimes 3-4 times a week and after today I won’t be back. My Cobb salad had sand in it. I would say it was door dash except I picked the food up myself. This is unacceptable

Whenever they said they didn’t serve root beer at this location , all I said was “ahh damn” to which the lady for some reason took personally and began to repeat multiple times “we don’t serve root beer in our community” and when I asked why she was being rude towards me she claimed it was because I was cussing at her in the drive thru? 🤣🤣🤣 then, when waiting for a receipt for a refund another employee proceeded to call the police on me and say. “He’s refusing to leave the drive thru”
Which, wasn’t the case, I was waiting on proof I was being refunded for the $15 meal. As I drove away, 2 cops were driving down N Lindberg towards the chick Fil a . Don’t go here. Apparently white people are not allowed to eat here without getting treated this way.

This location has zero my pleasure vibes and on top of the bad attitudes, they get your order wrong, they got my order wrong multiple times and had nasty attitudes until I completely stopped, 3 times was enough for me! The kitchen staff seem to have no sense of CFA standards, it has completely gone downhill, they seem to have staffing issues which only speaks to owners/management and I haven’t been back to this location at all; I drive out of my way to avoid this location, the extra 15 minutes to get to the I-270 location is worth it because they always get my order right and the staff have the proper my pleasure 😇 vibes, I also go to locations in WC - no issues! There needs to be an overhaul in management and the owner needs to be more hands on is my guess because he doesn’t do anything to give back to his community; unlike other locations; they have events, seasonal gifts/TOAs etc. Get the proper training and have some CFA standards, it’s all there in black and white in the policy and procedures! I spend way too much money at CFA to support this disaster of a location! Get it together!

I visit Chic Fil A restaurant at least 3-4 times a week. One of my favorite places to get lunch. The Florissant location is by far the worst one I ever go to. I only go to this location out of convenience and definitely not often. No matter what time of the day I go. No matter what I order my food is never hot and fresh never. I never have this problem from the surrounding locations. They need to visit other locations and get some training

I stood in line to have my order taken, which seemed like 10 minutes. I was the first in line with 1 at the counter. At least 10 carry out orders got their's before someone opened another register and took our order. I've never been that frustrated at this Florissant MO location. That goodness for michael who maintains the lobby. He's what keeps us coming back to this location. Thank You Michael!!
