This is the third time the got my order wrong, used to be the only restaurant I know who would have your order correct each time but now? Management is doing a poor job with the staff going down hill! my food is never correct now. DISAPPOINTED!

I’ve never had a complaint about a Chick-fil-A but I am highly disappointed in this location. They’re nothing like the rest of the locations. Anytime I’ve ever ordered a salad from Chick-fil-A, it’s always came with at least 2 packs of dressing. This location only gives you one and makes you pay $0.54 for a second pack. The salads are pretty big so one pack of dressing is not enough. The owner/operator is money hungry. I’m extremely annoyed and disappointed. I will not be coming back. Furthermore, they have the nerve to charge extra for sauce but mess up ppls orders often. Get it together!

Attitudes were horrible employees showed no kind of pleasure in serving. After paying for my food on cashapp which the money was taken off, the cashier states I didn't pay. After reviewing my account seeing that the money was taken off my card, the employee then started "Oh that happens all the time with cashapp your money is in the loop and should return". Instructing me to add more money and pay again. At this point I didn't want the food and told them to cancel my order. Still waiting on my money to return. To be an establishment that doesn't holds the standards advertised I'm very disappointed!

3 times out of 5, your order is going to be incorrect, especially if you order through DoorDash. And they will not issue a re-delivery, just a credit for the item so you'll have pay for tax, delivery fee and tio again. I ordered a chicken sandwich and received everything on the bun EXCEPT the chicken patty. Who does that? Chic fil a expects me drive the item back to their store for replacement. Why should I have to do that, when I ordered delivery to begin with and it's your fault? I'll no longer order from this place via DD, or in person. Hire people who care enough to get orders right and at least understand that the chicken patty actually belongs on a chicken sandwich. Ugh

This is the slowest chick-fli-a I have ever been to. Curbside takes over 10 minutes, drive thru line is very long and slow, mobile orders you still have to wait in the long drive thru line to check in and put into another line to wait. I noticed there’s not a lot of team members out working the lines down at this location versus the other locations in St. Louis.
