Businesses need to know to treat customers as new customers, because we don't know.,the food was decent ,it wasn't to crowded, but we were not told about the kiosk game charge that was on each table ,that's customers service that was left out,service to pay on that kiosk was not told either ,if one of my up to date family member, investigated that lilltle device, I was totally in the dark ,Three entrees and dessert

I ordered the triple appetizer thing and it was not good at all. Did not seem fresh at all. Especially the mozzarella, the boneless chicken was pulling more than the damn cheese.

I ordered the ultimate Cajun pasta, pasta wasn't cooked enough, and not enough sauce it was very dry, I was disappointed because I ordered that pasta meal before

For sum reason, I believe lack of staff, half the restaurant wasn't being used. I had to wait 10 minutes until other customers left in order to get a booth. When booths on other side of restaurant we're empty. Food was good. Steak was a little under, I asked for medium. But the flavor was good. Our issue was service. Empty cups & plates sat on table the whole time. We were rarely checked on. Server only had 4 tables including us, so......??

Seems like they hire a ton of people that don’t realize they’re at work. Like seven of them were talking and even acknowledged that I was there waiting on my food, but it took four minutes for someone to come up to me. Then my marina sauce was dumped on honey chipotle chicken. The staff asked if I wanted a napkin after reporting it to her lol food was good though.

My Ultimate smokehouse was spot on and delicious and the shrimp fajitas was plentiful and also delicious.

Delayed over an hour and the location we go to out of dry rub. Had to go to location out of our way to wait another hour after the online order gave pickup time so technically took 1 and 3/4 hours to get

We sat at the bar area (tall tables). Ordered the three-dip and chops appetizer. Food order took over an hour to come. We had to ask for it to be packaged "to go" since it took so long.

Food was not ready at the expected time when I arrived. When asked the time frame, I was told a few minutes , just waiting on one item. 10 - 15 min later, food still was not ready. A few minutes turned close to an hour later. I went in to check and the food was sitting on the shelf. I did not receive a text informing the food was ready to pick up after I was told that I would receive one. I was given an apology for the delay which would of been accepted until I got home. I was missing an order of mash potatoes and the textures of the asparagus was not right and kinda of burnt. I tried calling back to speak with someone but I was on hold for a long time with no response. I understand that things happened with timing of receiving your food at the time expected. But to get home and not have all that's order and the quality of the food not right, was a waste of time and my hard working money. Very disappointed.

My gal and I used to love this place, but the last few times we were not served at all. We waited 30 minutes and never got our drinks while people who came in after us were eating and everything. I hate to think that it had to do with us being the only white people there but that is what it felt like. We usually tip really well but didn’t even have a chance.
