Came here on a Friday around 8:30pm as a party of 2. As soon as we walked in we noticed 3 employees chatting at the hostess stand. The young girl noticed us but then ignored us for a minute to finish her conversation. Finally she told us “we’re not seating nobody” with no offer of a waitlist. We proceeded to ask if we could sit at the bar as there were only a couple of people and plenty of empty seats and all she said was “no”. She then proceeded to go back to her conversation completely ignoring us again. I understand being busy and not having available seats but this was 2 and a half hours before closing. I have never seen a hostess be this annoyed with her job. Poor girl had to stop talking for 1 minute to tell us to go away🙄.

We went into Chilis at 7:00 yesterday. We were seated right away. People were steadily walking pass the table and I’m noticing no one greeted us. After 30 minutes I went to confront the hostess why no one had came over to the table yet. She came over to the table 5 mins later and asked us to move to a different table because there was no waiter for the table we were sitting at. I asked her why did they sit us there then. She said “it was a miscommunication” I’m like on whose part because you were the one took us over here so what are you talking about? He go to the next table wait about 10 more minutes for a waiter to come and I told him make our order to go we had already been waiting an hour at this point and I had been ready to walk out15 minutes after sitting at the first table with no greeting. I only stayed because my son literally start crying when I told him we were going to leave he had been asking for Chilis all week. Th kids made the food to go. We left around 820. Get home the food is not hot. Like it had been sitting. I got to triple play combos and they just threw them all in the same box like why would you put all this together thrown in a box so sauce is all over the burgers and egg rolls. Chicken strips just as dry. I spent 80$ this was not worth it and I definitely won’t be back!

Burger was not done all the way , they didn’t even apologize for it and didn’t want to give me a refund. Poor customer service

Lied to when ordering by phone, at the counter the customer in front was offered fries, so they lied when I placed my order no fries, would not eat their again on my birthday, horrible service

wait times are always outrageous.

Friday nights at Chili's are busy, as expected, but we always have a great time! Monique was excellent! There was a small mishap with the food ticket system, but it was quickly resolved. We're all human, people! Anyway, eat at this Chili's if you like good food and friendly wait service. Lemon DROP!

Waiting over a hour for table. Table is clear and ready now, but not getting seated?

Wasn't any problem being seated,ordering. The problem came when food was served, NO UTENSILS GIVING(FOOD FIRST), ASKED WAITED ABOUT 10MINS...HAD TO GO GET THEM MYSELF. MY DAUGHTER HAD THE TRIO DIPPER, HER TEO SLIDDERS WERE WERE HARD AS A BRICK....REPLACED THEM AND CHARGED ME FROM THEM😡. HAD ALREADY PAID FOR THEM ON THE TRIO!!!! FOOD WAS DELICIOUS!!!! THEN GOT THE CHECK, TOLD THE WAITRESS ABOUT THE ITEMS WE DIDN'T RECEIVE WHICH WAS CHEESE FRIES AND CHIPS AND DIP. SHE SAID OH NO IT'S NOT ON THERE. LOOKED AT MY RECEIPT AND THE CHEESE FRIES AND 2 SLIDERS WERE ON THE BILL!!! MY FAMILY AND I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS LOCATION. FIRST TIME LAST TIME😔

They had no drinks , sprite , Coca-Cola , Pepsi , and after waiting 15 minutes , they came to tell me that they did not have the food I asked for to eat .
