Need a new cook while waiting an hour for our food. we noticed over five different tables sent their stake back. And we surely found out why we received our steak and refused to pay just gave the whole plate back..

Have been several times with friends in the last few months after a long (17 years or so) hiatus after a bad experience. Food has been good and the service excellent, and they are very accommodating with working seating to fit several wheelchairs/other mobility devices together.Wheelchair accessibility: They were great about setting up the seating with multiple mobility devices (six of us, with 2 chairs, a walker and 3 ambulatory). Restroom had a nice accessible stall.
Half the tables available when we arrived. For a party of 2 we were told 10-25 minute wait. We waited an hour and watched atleast 5 parties leave with no one being seated. Asked to speak with the manager, they said because they had 1 party of 18 they couldn't handle anyone else. Over half tables available with a service staff of over 7 out on the floor not counting bartender and cooks. Unacceptable, lost my business.

Hamburger patties were burned and dry and the sandwich should have had bacon but did not. Had to throw it away.

The food is trash I ordered a 6 Oz sirloin steak and the looks of the steak (small piece of shrinkage) they forgot part of my order and when I called the young lady who answer was speechless for word"ahhh" when I told I didn't get my Mac and cheese. She didn't apologize I had ask for the manager. The was rather rude telling I had to go through third-party Door dash to get a refund. As I was saying before I was rudely interrupted. Then she says I will view your ticket and refund your money which will take 5 to 7 business days. How quickly they take your money how long it takes to get it back. I hope they close it. Poor customer service and management.
