Catfish was delicious. But ordered Shrimp with Lobster sauce and it had a clear plastic something in it, I took it back and asked and she said it was something about it's pasta shell, I got shrimp with Lobster sauce, no pasta
This is a takeout facility. A few chairs and tables, but essentially pick up and go.
The menu is pretty standard with most Americanized Chinese dishes. The food was good, the pricing was more than reasonable, and the line went to the door—and the conversations I heard as I waited, suggest a loyal following to this restaurant.

We lived in Stl 10 years &
while visiting Florissant from Chicago we tried China Garden a few hours ago, and ordered 2- large shrimp Egg foo young, chicken wings - crab ragoon. We're used to 4 patties vs 3; both dinner boxes cook skimped on gravy- half full. we reheated & "added water for more gravy"-; wings over cooked; crab ragoon good.
Please don't skimp on gravy, not the normal for half gravy on Egg foo young dishes....
