I drive all the way from University City MO to get food from here for the last 6 months. All my trips was worth the while. My eggs rolls ✅ special saint paul ✅ crab rangoon ✅ chicken fried rice ✅. If I live closer I would eat here at least 4x a week. The rice is very flavorful and it’s not black rice with high sodium soy sauce which some people consider good rice. The rice is made to perfection the color is golden brown A+. The customer service is A1 they can get my money anytime. Thank you China Family for serving excellent food & providing great customer service ethics!

I ordered off of Uber eats. The food is not fresh and it has a sour taste. Wasted my money for absolutely nothing. I'm scared I might be eating more than chicken at this point. Praying that I don't get sick for eating what I did.. china king you need to do better

The food here is decent and reasonably priced. However, the customer service experience was disappointing. The woman who answered the phone and prepared the food was extremely rude she made a mistake on my food and got upset about it and decided to slam the correct food on the counter, which made the overall experience unpleasant. It’s frustrating to spend your hard-earned money and be treated poorly in return. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

Do Not Patronize. Have ordered from this restaurant for years and they keep having higher cost meanwhile their customer service is declining rapidly. This review is being done after the same thing has happened repeatedly. When we go our orders are large. We request extra sauce packets because we're feeding 8 people. When the order was opened despite ordering 2 large fried rice there were only 4 sauce packets provided. My worry now is if they have to scrimp and cut corners using sauce packets to save money what else are they are scrimping on or methods are being used to cut corners. This has been going on for years.

I tried this takeout place for the first time last week - it was great! I have been trying to find good takeout for a few months now and I think I found my new go-to. I got the vegetable lo mein and it was delicious! I did add a little more soy sauce and some red pepper flakes for spice, and it was perfect. I will definitely come back and try some more dishes!!

This is my normal go to Chinese restaurant, until tonight. I ordered here for the convenience, but if I have to go inside to order, I might as well gone on down the street or across the street where I won't be charged extra for my food. I just calculated $3.60 of over charge, just for ordering online with tax adds an extra .32... so I paid an extra $3.92... for nothing just for placing my order online and I picked it up myself. Online it said no service charge, but they go through door dash, and other apps, it didn't make sense to me because I wasn't ordering delivery, but seeing no service charge, I went on and did it. There is absolutely no reason to order online if you are picking it up, because they are charging extra for no reason. When I got to the business to pick up my order, and seen the differences in the prices, I asked the clerk, he said, he didn't know anything about online. Then as I was leaving I guess the lady asked what I was saying, they were speaking their language, but body language told me what was asked and what was told ( if you know what I mean)... I feel like for that $4 that they took for nothing, I should have had a free soda at least. And I spent $42.12 all together. Always spend over $30 when I go there. Itxs annoying knowing that all this time that they have been over charging me online. This just may be my last purchase at this place.

Changed the lo mein noodles without warning. The food was pretty good and the noodles really made this place stand out. I am not sure why the change. Current lo mein noodles are thin and taste lower quality.
