I’m utterly disgusted with the staff of this store.
I went to pick up a side order of queso, and went directly to the register, and the lady up front said “who do you think you are you still have to wait in line” which is fine, I don't mind waiting, while in line I had a very nice woman in front of me who was obviously deaf, and the staff were making fun of the lady who couldn't say what she wanted. The lady was visibly upset and squeezed my hand in discomfort.
The employees must be disciplined as this is incredibly unacceptable.
If this is the way management is training their employees, they must also face some consequences. Very disappointed

I wish I could leave zero stars and a review but I can't. Horrible Customer service at this location. The Manager Sophia would not reveal the identity of the employee in question. They gave the dasher the order without checking. When I returned the order , I was met with hostility . As if it was my fault the dasher received the wrong order. After paying $80 fo an order, I expected to be greeted with compassion. After I paid over $80 and received the wrong order, I then had to drive to the location. Then after waiting over an hour and a half for my order , only to receive the wrong order . To then be met with hostility and agression. i will never frequent this location again.

First off, the food is great 👍 and the service is good to except for the fact that the store doesn't close until 11pm. Me & the wife showed up at 10:33pm and were refused service because the inside we were told was no longer open although the doors were open and they were serving door dash customers. Then they stated if we wanted service we needed to use the app. So we did and by that time it's 10:42pm. So when the app wouldn't work then they tell me "oh you can't put in an order because the app shuts down at 10:30pm. Well if you're not truly open to serve the general public until closing time why not change the hours and state that on the website as well as the entrance door instead of giving us bits of information then letting us stand there and go through the process and then finally telling us after they stand there and watch us do all of that. Be honest and up front.

DO NOT ORDER TAKE OUT. This is one of the worst chipotle’s for portion sizes, you can order double everything and get a bowl is only 1/4th of the way filled. Professional thievery is their business. Seeing these pathetic potion sizes makes me happy people walk out while making an order.

Went by yesterday around 4 pm stood in line behind another lady as we waited we saw female worker walk over with a wet rag and start wiping around food containers knocking pieces of food into containers and swiping the end of her rag IN THE RICE😳 and continuing without care!!!!

The lady in front of me turn with a look of horror and left and I peeled out right behind her!!!!!
The people behind us asked what was happening and turned following us out the DOOR!!!

I thought they went through OSHA retraining after the previous ecoli incident in 2015 BUT TODAY PROVED THEY HAVEN'T!!!

SO BUYERS BEWARE😡😠🤬!!

Kayla is the most amazing employee. She made us a tik tok burrito. She had a smile on her face, was egar to make something she had never made before. She told her boss she was going to make it so she wouldn't get in trouble. He said he didn't care and then when she was done he proceeded to yell at her infront of all the customers and all the other employees. I told him she was only making what we asked her to and I'm paying for it and he got mad at me and said he is talking to her. He yelled at her like she was a child and talked down to her. She didn't deserve to be treated like that, especially when she asked himand he got mad at her for even telling him. She was thinking ahead and trying to prevent him from getting mad by asking to begin with. He is unprofessional, rude and doesn't deserve to work as a lead of others. I'd never put up with being treated like that. He belittled her infront of everyone. I can only image how embarrassed she was.

She gave the customer what they asked for and was paying for and got his approval before making it. She is the perfect employee, kind, customer service driven and had smile on her face. A very sweet woman.

She didn't deserve to be treated by her boss/leas this way. Just digusting

Ordered food through Grubhub and apparently no one bothered to read and pay attention to the order details.
My burrito bowl should have had chicken, Yet, it had steak - which I don't eat. But I was hungry so I picked around it. But also the burrito on the order, for someone else, had all my extras - including my chicken.
First and only time getting food from this location. It will be my last time.

We ordered 3 things online. The burrito was supposed to be a veggie bowl. It had random bits of chicken and beef all through it. The chicken bowl had no chicken and was not even ours. The last one was ok, but since we were missing part of our order we gave the correct one to our daughter because it was close enough to what she ordered. Try harder Chipotle, you are not cheap enough to screw up orders this badly. Our daughter grabbed it on her way back from shopping 40 minutes away or we would have returned it all.

First time eating at this location. Very disappointing. The beans were so hard, like they weren't done cooking. Every bite tasted like onions, I couldn't taste anything else. The place was so dirty. My boyfriend grabbed us a couple of forks and I thought he grabbed it out of the trash I was waiting by the door for him and I seen all the trash on the counter and I said hey those are trash. This location ot chipotle is no good.

The beans weren't done I asked for more corn so she scooped out the 3or4 kernels out of the pan instead of going back for more i barley got any rice in my bowl i normally love chipotle it wasnt very good this time . The restaurant it's self was nasty my feet were sticking to the floor
