Dear chipotle Corporate,
Please stop hiring incompentent people at all your locations. I haven't been to a single Chipotle around the St. Louis area where the food was satisfactory and the service was at the most basic human level respectful.

This location is very unprofessional they have managers with pissy attitudes and poor service , the gm watches as her team struggles just to finish her conversations with crew members, she talks down on employees and my bowl was nasty i had literally a few pieces of cheese when i ask for more they still gave little to nothing amounts of cheese . I have complain to the managers and gm about portions sizes and they didnt fix there mistakes instead they said i have to pay for double this location is the worse location !!!! I will never come back they are so rude and disrespectful

I wish they could get a single order correctly. Ordered two bowls on DoorDash and they were made identically but not what I ordered. The labels were correct but not the bowls. This location clearly cannot do simple things correct

So I paid a $1.00 for each one of these, Iām trying to figure the portion size cause clearly that canāt be it. So 4 cups at $1.00 each and neither of them are even half way fullā¦this is disappointing cause I try to eat chipotle every chance I get. So this why I got way out past where I live cause I get my money worth.š š” Basically I gave away $4.00 that I couldāve used for something elseā¦

I have been trying to contact the store and the automated answering machine makes it impossible to speak to a human representative.
This is what I want when I come to a Mexican restaurant especially one thatās just fast food style. Fadia is the best!

Unreliable and unprofessional, I made an online order to be picked up @10:45 pm . However, I was told tht āwe dont have whats listed on the app, and on top of that they didnt have any food available to replace the order within 15 minutes before closing time . It shouldnāt be an option available to order if they are done serving @10:30pm

Went there on a Friday at 8 PM. A worker decided to stop serving in the middle of rush hour. Did not say anything to any customers walking in. Had to wait five minutes just for someone to put their gloves on and get back to serving all of us and it was only one person. No kindness of any sort. Also shorted my burrito and I literally paid $13. They need to be more communicative and more respectful with their body language in their attitude.

Floor was filthy with debris! The people preparing the food had bad attitudes. I bought chips that were old and burnt. I noticed that men served received larger portions. Never going to this place again!

Ordered off of Uber Eats and ordered a salad with chips and queso. I noticed a long piece of something it salad and began to pull on it. Come to find out it was a foot long shriveled piece of film wrap in my salad but i couldāve choked and died on. Disgusted.

Itās so crazy because I was coming to share my terrible experience, then I saw that most of the recent reviews shared the same issue. First things first, I understand that the staff are typically younger and so Iām calling for no oneās job. HOWEVER, I am calling for chipotle to do immediate retraining for their staff. A new manager needs to be in place or something.
Firstly, I visited about a month ago and the food station had clearly not been wiped down all day. They clearly clean this establishment once in the morning, and then when they close. Unacceptable.
Secondly, at that time I wanted the quesadilla but the gentleman informed me that I had to order it online. Perfectly fine. Fast forward to my most recent visit which consisted of that online Quesadilla order that came with 3 sides. I ordered the quesadilla with sour cream, guac and honey chipotle vinaigrette. I got to the restaurant, and what seemed to be the entire staff (all females), was standing around the register gossiping. So, I announce myself and asked if anyone would help me after walking to the register and not being greeted nor helped. One lady asked me how could she help and I said I had a pickup order.
She thens turn to the lady standing next to her and says, āPickup order for Thomas.ā The young lady she was talking to lifts her hand as if she was swiping the air and pointing. I look and say āwhat does that mean?ā She says nothing, but continues to make the same gesture with attitude. So I turn and look, and se my to go order on the shelf. I said , āOh, well ooooohhhh Kay then,ā because I was never greeted nor helped properly atp.
So, I check my food and I notice a side is missing from my quesadilla plate but I was too bothered to think much of it. It wasnāt until I was close to home that I realized my Chipotle vinaigrette was missing. However, I thought that maybe itās in the cup that they prepackage them in. Once I got home, I realized they hadnāt given it to me at all. So, what I do? Return back to the store. The lady who I talk to once I arrive informs me that they are out. ATP Iām livid. I say, āwhy didnāt anyone say that? You guys were just not going to accommodate me?ā
The lady apologizes and ask what third side or sauce can she get, I said more cheese.ā She asks the same young lady who did the hand gesture to fix me a cup of cheese. That young lady said no words, fix the cheese cup and slid it to me across the counter before she walked away.
That is what prompted me to write. This location needs a retraining and a revamping. They need corporate to step in and correct their wrongs
