Food was old, refried and no flavor. 2 in the afternoon and out of strips, chicken sandwiches so at least the chicken should be good but no.

I hardly ever go Church's but the few times (3) I've tried, there's always an issue. My most recent visit, I spent $20+ for food that tasted as of it had been sitting out all day. Mind you it was just after 11am in which they'd only been open for roughly an hour. My chicken tenders were cold and hard, the fried okra was cold and soggy and i have no words for the apple pie. I just know it was nothing like i remembered them to be. The only thing fresh were the shrimp because they cooked them to order. Last but not least, they NEVER have any sweet tea when I visit. One of their most beloved menu items, and it is always "out" (at least when I visit). Needless to say, I will not be returning. It wasn't worth the money I spent.

I went there today after 4pm and ordered 12 mixed got home to feed my grandchildren, only had leg and thighs. Decided to go back to either give me the wings or my money back they still messed my order up. When I say extremely very poor management.

Food was terrible, macaroni was burnt, okra was hard and dry, chicken did not taste fresh. Only thing good was the honey biscuits.

Why are you open if you’re out of all of the food? And not only that the customer service is TERRIBLE! Besides being out of everything the drive thru worker AND the manager proceed to say we can’t order anything and slam the window. Which was extremely rude and unprofessional.

The worst mannerisms I’ve ever dealt with, I asked for a refund or another order because my food was infested with the hoard of ants that crawl on there counters and had the audacity to refuse, I practically had to beg them for a non ant infested meal…

I placed an app order, waited for several cars to very slowly advance, then was told by the lady on the speaker that she didn't have my order, and to come inside. Once there, I had to wait in line behind several people ordering -- nobody asked if I was the person who had been in the drive-through; nobody cared. I was ignored and had to wait . . . and wait. Meanwhile, the crew was in chaos -- it was plain that nobody was in charge or knew what they were doing. They were out of just about everything on the menu (it wasn't even 4 yet). I'll never go back here -- I've seen riots that were better organized than this place.

Take forever just to order two pieces of chicken.

Cashier was rude, got sick after eating there. Have been there before and it was good. Maybe it was an off day. I'll try it again later
