A tall black guy was unsanitary and rude. He has a smart mouth. I ordered a gotta have it and the amount of toppings was not enough in hindsight sight. I asked him to take the fudge off because it was too Rich he acted like i said something stupid, giggled and repeated it loudly and looked at his co worker asking me how can chocolate be rich. I told him he’d have to google it. He grabbed a brownie with his glove and when i told him im not trying to be a B but he should be using a tong. He told me that he always put on fresh gloves on. I asked, prior to each order? He said yes. He started taking the gloves off then moments later asked is a smart tone, “you didn’t see me put gloves on?” I answered, apparently not. He then walks over to the other slab and dangles the gloves next to his head and jerks his head with an attitude. I told him it doesn’t matter he still needs to use the tongs (thinking, the other worker doesn’t use fresh gloves, she also touches the spades, i doubt he washed his hands before touching the gloves). He goes to the back and tells a female co worker who later comes up and says they will use it for a door dash, (as he was remaking my order) then she goes to the back. After he was done mixing my ice cream he had to grab more ice cream because it was under scooped. Once in the bowl the ice cream was flat and no higher than the rim and he was still about to put the lid on. I had to ask him for more ice cream. He did so and added it unmixed to the top. After leaving i immediately calmly came back a because i remembered he didn’t give me two scoops of pecans and and he didn’t do 2 figure 8’s (for gotta have it). He showed me that it is 1 scoop so i said ok but he didn’t do 2 figure 8’s on the Carmel but I’ll let it go. He says he did. I stated he made a zig zag one across, but I’m letting it go. As I am walking out the door he become confrontational and says, did I just come in here to start a problem? I respond you know why I just came in here, you are the one starting the problem and he should be quiet do his job. I have every right to get what I paid for without people taking it personal

Hey, could I get a cup and some ice? And seriously, the new staff is really hurting the business; I'm not happy about it. Wouldn't recommend them

Horrible, staff, not friendly at all or welcoming, I asked for a birthday cake remix ,add oreo,. Get home and not brownie in sight.. then I asked could he wrap it up since I'm taking it to go, he said they're not allowed to wrap up items anymore, since when tho. (the wrap was bebind the counter)so this is how I had to drive home. Zero stars, if you don't wanna be at work, don't come, this location has went downhill, young people working, with attitudes , that dont want to work. I mean it's ice cream. It's not hard.

This ice cream costs too much for this foolishness. I have had 2 delivery orders recently and I always order brownies in mine
. The 1st order had some of parchment paper from the brownies in it. I figured it was an honest mistake. The 2nd order, the same thing and it was more paper than the 1st. I already hate ordering food in North County and this place was always a safe one. Looks like I need to find a different location. Sad!
I was a walk-in and the employees were very standoffish and wasn’t prepared for customers. They also decided to stop making shakes an hour before closing time.

Out of Ice Cream Cones
Waffle and Regular type
Kid-friendliness: Only 2 workers
Only one Blender
The place was really crowded but pleasant
Front Doors were pretty filthy
Not sure I would go back
It was a 3 out of 5
For taste
The workers were very overworked
And I’m sure underpaid
Need 2 more workers
One of them to clean up the place

My friend and I hurried into store about 5 minutes before close. We were greeted as soon as we walked in. Chris took care of us and he was absolutely amazing. He didn’t rush us and answered our questions with a smile. Not to mention it was delicious!

Came up here on a Sunday evening at 9pm and the doors are locked. When it clearly says they close at 10PM. There was a girl in there looking at us and not saying anything and just walked away towards the back and never came out.

I visited the Florissant location at 8pm on July 4th. There were 3 males working. As I waited to order, I was told “we are only taking mobile orders. We are trying to get out of here. When I asked how I needed to proceeded, no one answered. Then I was met with “DoorDash, Grubhub, WHATEVA!” I then asked what time they closed. The young man replied, “I don’t know”. Google says 10pm. As I’m placing the mobile order, the rude young man tells another young man to now take my order, as I’m placing the mobile order. The tall gentlemen with the blond hair color yells “Go ahead and take her order so she can get out of here.” I asked him to repeat that, and he did. I then asked for the manager information. I was told by the tall young man with blond hair color, “We don’t have one.” There were SEVERAL customers pulling up at the same time as I. Can you please make this make sense? As Florissant struggles to keep businesses afloat, help me under stand how this is adequate customer service.

This is the worst Cold Stone in St. Louis. I’ve tried not to leave reviews, but it’s always some type of issue when I come to this location. Tonight they couldn’t/wouldn’t accept cards. Just shut this location down.
The first time I went, the man who waited on us was very pleasant and patient and the ice cream was great. This time the two girls both had big attitude and had no patience at all. To top that, the ice cream wasn’t even that good. They rushed to pack it sloppily and it felt like, “Okay, shoo. bye.”Won’t be back.

Yesterday I ordered online and DoorDash brung my order, it was wrong so I had to get out of bed so they could correct my order. The manager on duty was very nice and helpful and agreed to remake my order. Once I returned home got comfortable and started to eat the ice cream it was sour… tried contacting the store by phone next day unsuccessful

Walked in and was told credit card machine was down, which is fine, placed mobile order, waited for my order to be made, another couple walked in and she immediately made theirs and gave them free icecream because they only had card. Don’t have half the stuff needed to make the creations and also have icecream in pans where the public grabs premade icecream treats. However only one girl was working upfront and needed help
