Didn't follow my instructions when it came to preparing my burger. (condiments) Didn't give me napkins with my order. I had multiple orders and received only one ketchup,hot sauce and tartar sauce .
It started off bad, but amazing service with a commitment to making it right turns a bad experience into an amazing one! TAMARA T has exceptional customer service and deserves to be acknowledged for going above & beyond. When she finished listening to me we both walked away smiling & laughing. Tamera is a born leader who not only fixes issues, but turns the entire situation into something wonderful.

The milkshake was super creamy and some do prefer it that way, but I did not care for the texture. Otherwise the food is great. The cheese curds can't be beat!
