Bought the two for $7 double cheeseburgers and when I added a small fry and a drink it came out to be the same as the double cheeseburgers.
What a rip off. What's the point of having in the add to add a drink and fry when it cost the same amount as the double cheese burgers?
Price gouging at its finest.

Can you say rip off ordered the two double cheeseburgers for $7 dollar wanted to add a drink and a fry it was $7 more for small drink and fry! Stay away from this restaurant price gauging is real!

We asked for a vanilla latte cream drink and they gave us chocolate when we told them they fixed it and when we left we found out it was just vanilla ice cream and I paid $6 for it Not Happy

I bought a chocolate dip cone. I’m assuming that the chocolate went bad. It had small dots in it like fly eggs or maggot eggs then when I try to call the establishment, no one will answer the phone so I gave it time to call back. They disconnected the phone so they don’t receive phone calls because they saw my call and didn’t want me to call back, so it makes me think they knew that chocolate was bad and they still sold the ice cream cone and you can clearly see it on the cone. I’m so disgusted and my stomach hurts. if I could give zero stars I would.

I ordered a 6 piece chicken strip basket tonight with an extra side of Texas toast and I ended up getting no toast!!! I paid extra for that stuff! I just moved to the area and won’t be coming back unless this is fixed. I’m tired of paying for stuff and not getting my full order. I tried contacting the store but the phone just keeps ringing

Ordered on line for pickup at the Dairy Queen on Howdershell in Florissant. First time using their app so I didn’t click on some of the available options & wound up with a plain cheeseburger. It was a meal deal so I was supposed to get a strawberry sundae. It wasn’t in the bag. My wife ordered the fish sandwich combo with a sprite. She said the fish was salty & her drink was only seltzer water. I guess they ran out of syrup & didn’t change the tank. Definitely not a good experience.

The young man with the glasses running the counter did an excellent job. I sat there 15 minutes and watched him give the best service and courtesy I've seen in a long time. Definitely management material.
