Showed up here at 9:05PM to carry out some ice cream & was told the dining room was closed (even though they didn’t close until 10PM) and the worker came out and told us to walk through the drive thru.. we couldn’t drive through it since we had a big work truck.

The guy who work at the drive through he is very rude. he yelled at me when I was placing an order and that was the second time he is doing it.

This store is great. Never any issues and unlike other fast food places the food comes out fast and hot, and the store is clean. It's always nice to see Quawnez at the register. He treats customers like he wants to be treated. He deserves a raise!!

They forgot part of our order. We started drinking before we opened the bag so we aren't safe to drive back up there. We called multiple times but the phone just rings and hangs up.
I contacted corporate and someone from the store called me today and made it right

I asked if there was still s 2 for $5 meal option with a burger (no bun)+a child size cone. I was charged $7 in total (2.99 for the cone alone!) and requested why and was told twice I could have the $7 meal with 2 burgers but I didn't want the fries or bun. I just let it go because I wasn't in the mood to argue. The nice young girl just didn't know the deals.

Always the friendliest employees and the hanging baskets with flowers add a beautiful touch to the atmosphere. This DQ is the only fast food place I go to.

My only complaint is the web site shows open to 10:00 and we had company from out of town. We were told the dining room closes at 9:00. If true then it should say so on the internet hours. It shows till 10:00 for both drive through and dining. Nothing says take out only after 9:00.

I stop at Dairy Queen for a banana split and Dilly bars. My banana split was completely melted by the time I got home. I was like soup. It did not taste like ice cream at home only whipped cream. I tried to call the store but no answer. I was tired and my feet was hurting so I refused to go back up there.

Bought the two for $7 double cheeseburgers and when I added a small fry and a drink it came out to be the same as the double cheeseburgers.
What a rip off. What's the point of having in the add to add a drink and fry when it cost the same amount as the double cheese burgers?
Price gouging at its finest.

Can you say rip off ordered the two double cheeseburgers for $7 dollar wanted to add a drink and a fry it was $7 more for small drink and fry! Stay away from this restaurant price gauging is real!
