Roads were snow/ice covered and they still had delivery. I ordered at 8:16pm. I called around 9:30pm and they said my pizza would delivered around 11:30pm. I said I would wait. At 11:14pm I received the call saying they can't deliver it. It was too late to find other sources of food as I am stranded without a vehicle and only cash at a motel. I have hypoglycemia which this really puts me in a health issue. The roads here are better than WA state normal winters but yet it's bad for these locals. To hell with giving someone an early heads up that they won't make the delivery. Scum bags.

I wanted to leave 0 stars. Worst customer service ever. Arrived at pick up as app said order order would be ready in 7-12. minutes. I was told order would be another 25 minutes and handed a buzzer told to pull around front. 35 minutes later no buzzer yet. I went in and counted 7 people working. Waited while they got my order together. Not one of the seven had common sense enough to say we are sorry for your wait. Terrible experience, these workers could truly care less and need to be replaced. The Dominos in other areas I’ve visited are not run this poorly.

Had to remake my food on three different occasions that I have came to this place to the occasions I had to actually go to Domino’s and ask them could they fix it a certain way to make sure it’s right. But the manager was very nice to make sure he gave me store credit for their mess ups so I feel like they took care of me, but I didn’t want to keep going back. I just got it right the first time and not three hours to bring my food.

I've become more than exhausted at this location's inability to prepare and deliver or prepare and have curbside ready. When I placed my order it said delivery in 20 to 25 minutes. It took them almost an hour to even put it into the baking stage. If you're hungry, don't count on this location. It is inconsistent. I placed my order at roughly 2.45 and it is 3:47. A lot longer than 25 minutes.
We were once served the wrong pizza… that pizza, to this day is our ABSOLUTE favorite pizza!!! Well it happened again!! I was about to give a bad review, I was so excited for my fav pizza!!! but then I just TRIED the pizza because mess ups can sometimes make a GOOD pizza! And mmmmm this sure did YET AGAIN! I’ll forever add that specific ingredient to the pizza now. The counter person was friendly once we WALKED in but we did place a drive through order , and my fiancé made me park in the front because he said “they NEVER answer the drive thru” Amazing pizza though, my belly will regret later! Ha!

It is a shame that I will not be coming back to this Domino's ever again. I've ordered here a few times over the last several months and have enjoyed using the drive-thru pickup window to essentially save myself $15 for delivery and tip. However I type this as I have been waiting 30 minutes at the window for my pizza after the tracker told me it was ready and I'm turning around and leaving without my food.

This location is terrible about cheese. Any promotional pizza will be made with the least amount of effort and quality assurance. The staff looks depressed and shut down. The location off 270/Natural Bridge ALWAYS has quality pies. Go.there!
