This was my first time ordering from this location. The pizza was so dry. The bread was so dry. I asked for extra sauce. Still dry. I will not order from this location again. I really want my money back

This store literally took 3 1/2 or maybe even 4 hrd hrs to deliver my food the food wasn’t fresh or hot. Don’t order from this Dominos they give you excuses on why the order is taking so long, there’s a lot of orders before yours, where short on drivers etc and if that’s the case stop taking orders. I’m never ever ordering from them again!!!

Insane dude , ordered at 10:58 pm, waited till 12 and called multiple times . Pulled up to wait another hour for them to tell me I’m 11 orders behind . Mind you it’s 1am at this point. The thing is fine I get it your busy , even though they seemed well staffed , my issue is not answering my call or just telling me how back y’all are so I can get a refund and leave , instead two hours of my life gone and since it’s now the weekend I don’t get that refund till Monday or Tuesday . Very all over the place staff they got no order what so ever .

Roads were snow/ice covered and they still had delivery. I ordered at 8:16pm. I called around 9:30pm and they said my pizza would delivered around 11:30pm. I said I would wait. At 11:14pm I received the call saying they can't deliver it. It was too late to find other sources of food as I am stranded without a vehicle and only cash at a motel. I have hypoglycemia which this really puts me in a health issue. The roads here are better than WA state normal winters but yet it's bad for these locals. To hell with giving someone an early heads up that they won't make the delivery. Scum bags.

I wanted to leave 0 stars. Worst customer service ever. Arrived at pick up as app said order order would be ready in 7-12. minutes. I was told order would be another 25 minutes and handed a buzzer told to pull around front. 35 minutes later no buzzer yet. I went in and counted 7 people working. Waited while they got my order together. Not one of the seven had common sense enough to say we are sorry for your wait.
Terrible experience, these workers could truly care less and need to be replaced. The Dominos in other areas I’ve visited are not run this poorly.

Had to remake my food on three different occasions that I have came to this place to the occasions I had to actually go to Domino’s and ask them could they fix it a certain way to make sure it’s right. But the manager was very nice to make sure he gave me store credit for their mess ups so I feel like they took care of me, but I didn’t want to keep going back. I just got it right the first time and not three hours to bring my food.
