I pulled up to this location today (Wednesday) to order a carryout pizza. The door was locked. I looked at the store hours which said it opened at 10:30am. My phone said 10:53am. I looked inside, and there were two employees that acted blind to me standing at the locked door. So I then left. This was my first and only time ever trying to visit and order from this location. What an impression. I won't be back✌?

Came in tonight to redeem a credit from a horrible experience last month. JAY WAS AWESOME! HE WAS VERY POLITE AND GREAT ATTITUDE! Nobody was cussing and all hell wasn't breaking loose! So, I believe people write the bad all time and never the good! Jay definitely will make us come back.
Horrible website ! Never ever works right can’t place an order. Then you call and the automatic system says your expiration date on debit is wrong over and over even after 3 cards! Call store and tell them it won’t take it I’ll pay cash and they hang up on me 2x! This place is the WORST!

I ordered with the app. The tracker said it was ready at 10:40 and after sitting inside for 20 minutes I saw 3 employees do literally nothing. One guy who didn't seem to have a clue but was trying to be helpful, and the only person who was actually working was churning out burnt pizzas. Left at 11 and am now waiting outside of papa johns. So glad I didn't prepay.
Service here was HORRIFIC. I waited inside for ten minutes. No one acknowledge me. I had to flag someone down, they didn't have my pizza ready on time, it wasn't properly labeled so they had a hard time finding it, and at least one employee was swearing up a storm. They were RUDE. And inefficient. Go literally anywhere

Food took forever to deliver. Took close to 2 hours to come, just for 1 pizza & pasta. Pasta seemed a little overcooked & pizza was slightly cold. Honestly i say go order in person & check your food in person or just eat somewhere else.

Be prepared for long waits and when they mess up your order and give you cinnamon twist instead of wings they will only give you store credit that only is good if you actually want to order fromThem. Do yourself a favor and order from a better company. Sticking to papa John's and Imos from now on. Quality of food is wayyy better as well.
